I love Bobux shoes. About 7 years ago I was given the sweetest little pair of Bobux slippers for my first baby at a baby shower. They were pink with a red butterfly on them. I adored them. And so did she once she was old enough to wear them. I remember her picking them up and bringing them to me so she could wear them.
The suede on the bottom of the shoes helped them to be non-slip, so I didn't have to worry so much about her taking a tumble. Plus she couldn't get them off herself. Though she was always a shoe fiend so that was never a concern. She just loved her shoes and it was a sad day when she finally grew out of them. She got some great use out of them, even though a lot of the suede had rubbed off.
5 years later my second child came along and she has even had her time wearing her sister's Bobux. They really are build to last and are great quality. My first daughter had another pair as well, which were the most gorgeous pale pink knee high boots. I got them for her to wear to a wedding, and she looked so cute in them. Those didn't get as much of a work out as the others, but they have also been reused for my second daughter for another occasion. I would not hesitate to recommend Bobux shoes to anyone looking for quality footwear for their kids.
Up until this winter my son has gone bare foot he has only just started walking in the past few months so he hasn't really needed shoes until now. Now he is walking and the weather is cold we needed more than just socks to keep his feet warm and dry if he was going outside to play. I did buy a pair of converse high top shoes thinking they would look cool but they were just so impractical they were hard to put on his feet, they didn't stay on his feet and they were too heavy for him to walk in.
I had heard about this range of shoes but wasn't really too keen on the styles, I will admit I do prefer the look of little skate shoes or sports shoes but I wanted to get something that was good for his walking. We bought a pair of the first walkers shoes, they do have a sole but it is so soft and flexible and the shoe itself is very light weight so he can walk around really easily in them.
The thing that has been good is they are so easy to put on because they have little straps to get them on and then you can secure them on the feet tight enough that they won't fall off. All in all I love these little shoes and would recommend them to parents of first walkers because they are a really good shoe that will help support your childrens feet.
