I don't buy Avon products generally but as I am a real bare feet or jandals person I get terrible dry feet and cracked heel and have found their footworks products to be really effective. I use this foot buddy in conjuction with their exfoilating foot scrub, and their cracked heel lotion.
The foot buddy itself looks like a parmesan grater on one side and collects the shavings of dry skin inside which you can then tip out in to the bin clean it out and put it away for next time. You rub the grater over your heels and it removes the dry skin but it doesn't at all hurt. The only thing is it really does sound like you are grating a carrot or something so my partner always cringes when I sit and do my heels.
It is pretty effective at removing dry skin and minimising the cracked heels I have found. After I use it my feet do not feel so dry and hard. During the winter months I can get my feet looking and feeling really good as when wearing shoes they stay nice whereas in the summer it is an ongoing battle to keep them smooth. I do like to put the lotion on afterwards to refresh the skin though and after that they feel really soft and smooth.
