Product reviews...
It's hard to find water activities that live up to their name and this one certainly does!. It's got to be one of the coolest sprinklers around that every child will just love. We have actually brought 2 of these because you must store them properly so they don't puncture , Good solid bottom to keep it steady on the ground. Very easy to blow up and attach to the hose and you really don't have to have the tap turned up very far to get the effect you want.
We have had hours of fun with this kids and adults included especially when it was discovered to be much more fun to pick it up and chase people around with it lol Also a added plus is if you haven't got a sprinkler for your garden, works just as well as a garden sprinkler. I did nearly have a heart attack at the price, I personally wouldn't want to pay full price for it as it's a bit expensive, but weighing the costs and the endless hours of fun you can have with it and the joys on everyone's face it sure is worth it.
So if you ever get the chance, get one!
I must say this is one of the coolest sprinklers around and perfect for the nice hot and sunny days. We brought one of these for our daycare to use over summertime with the kids and wow what a hit! The kids were all drawn to this magic inflatable octopus and wanted to know exactly what it could do.
We blew it up then attached the hose and let the fun begin. The playground was over run by screams of laughter and giggles. The children enjoyed running through the spray. They even worked out if you picked it up and pointed the spray at others they would get totally drenched.
A+ for an amazing toy that not only is nice and safe (as its soft and inflated) but on an eye catching, cute and great product for sunny days. The spray isn't super hard but it has enough water to get everyone adequately wet enough without drenching the house when they come traipsing inside after playing!
As for prices, when not on special they are around the $45 which is a wee bit steep in my opinion. We were lucky enough to grab this in the summer clear out sale at the warehouse for an amazing $15! Greatest bargain ever and well worth the $15.
My kids love playing with water in summer and will stay outside until their lips are blue and their teeth are chattering, so this little octopus sprinkler was a real hit over the summer months with the kids spending hours out there playing with it.
The garden hose clips easily onto the fitting and then you just turn the hose on to the level you want it on and the water comes out of the top of the octopus in all directions. My son liked it on quite lightly as he doesn't like a lot of water in his face but when my daughter played with it she would have it on as high as she could so she could get really soaked.
The only thing was that if you had the water too high the hose would just shoot off with the water pressure, and if my boy pulled on the hose it would also come off quite easily. Other than that is is really durable and unlike the water slide and paddling pool we got this will be alright too use next summer.
