I have tried the range of these yoghurts for baby. I got the 6 month one a while ago. What I found with that one was that the yoghurt flavour was very strong and sour. You could hardly taste any fruit and it almost had a formula texture to it. It was a bit lumpy and yuck. My baby ate a little of it, but was basically not that impressed. That left me with pottles of baby yoghurt to eat or throw out. I ate them, but wish I hadn't.

The 12 month plus one I was a little wary of getting, but I got it recently. The flavour is a bit less sour in my opinion, but it is still that true acidophilus taste. It doesn't have any fruit bits in it. For my eldest daughter that would be important, but my youngest actually doesn't mind bits in her dairy. She has been baby-led weaned so she will pretty much eat anything.

I used some of this on my morning porridge a couple of weeks ago. I usually have my porridge and share it with my baby. It tasted pretty good, but I think we both still prefer a good greek yoghurt. You can't beat creamy over the sour tang of acidophilus even though I understand the health-draw of that ingredient.

This yoghurt has been so great for my 1 year old in learning to eat different foods. The fact that it has no bits with all the flavour of normal fresh and fruity yoghurt means that when he is ready to transition he will already know the flavour. When he first had this he couldn't eat lumps so the smooth creamy texture was perfect.

We also tried the Petit Miam toddler yoghurt but he wasn't as keen on that and I didnt really like it because it wasn't like usual yoghurt so we definetly prefer this fresh and fruity one. My daughter who is 11 is very fussy and has actually grown to like this yoghurt because it has no bits.

They come in a pack of six but are over $5 for a pack so are very expensive in comparison to other yoghurt and don't often come on special like other yoghurts do. I do like it thought because it doesn't have any artificial colours or anything and I think it must be good for him with the calcium and acidiophilus.
