A very tangy sharp zesty flavour, with lots of kick yet sweet at the tip of the tongue, then with a refreshing sour burst falling to the back of the palate before cascading down.
This wine would accompany any poultry dish, summer dessert or cheeseboard of your choice. This is a must try for anyone looking for that something different to complete any meal.
The price is slightly ambitious, yet not extravagant, as any lover of fruit wines could easily be taken on a journey.
lovely fresh smell, tastes very strong kiwifruit flavour, seemed quite heady (smell and taste went straight to my head).
Smooth feel, and nice pleasant after taste.
This wine has a refreshing subtle flavour of Kiwifruit, which is great for people who enjoy the taste, but don't like eating the actual fruit, as the fruit's flavour is more intense, and of course it has seeds in it.
The smell is divine. Sweet but subtle. The colour of the wine is pale, with a hint of yellowy/gold colour.
The wine is very smooth and glides down the throat easily. It has a crisp after taste that is slightly acidic, but it doesn't overpower you.
This wine has completely changed my taste buds. I've never been one for still wine but have now converted. I will definately be buying this wine more. Hopefully I can one day find it in my local supermarket.
The bottle of wine stands out with it's vibrant and colourful design. The writing on the bottle is very elegant. And the style of cap on the bottle is what attracted me to it the most. It looks like a plastic cork with one slim strip wrapped around the bottle five times for a secure seal. It's great as it is alot easier to remove than the cork closed bottles, and there's no chance of any of the top falling in to the bottle. The cap also easily fits back in place to keep the wine fresh.
To top it all off, both the wine bottle and cap are recyclable. A win-win situation for us and the environment!
