Product reviews...
The new Crown Jewels range at Burger King consists a range of of 'gourmet style' chicken and beef burgers.
I ordered a hell raiser (ingredients above). It sounded appealing to me because I love avocado, but wondered how it would work in a fast food restaurant due to issues of browning, etc. Avocadoes are temperamental things.
The size of the burger was pretty impressive, and it definitely looked the part of a 'gourmet' style burger which was fantastic. It almost looked like it could be homemade! All the ingredients were plentiful and very fresh. The avocado was spread on the top bun, in a thin layer and tasted great. All the ingredients worked really well together, and the relish really complemented the beef.
They said this burger will satisfy the meanest hunger...and it did, I struggled to finish it.
Definitely a fan of this range, and I hope BK keeps it going for a while!
