We had to wait about five or so minutes for our order here, which was fine with us - because it means our food is being made fresh.
I have enjoyed the various other flavours in the new deli choices range at McDonalds, so decided to try this one out.
All the deli choice rolls come packaged in a paper wrapping type system, which has a tear off top, allowing you to eat the roll without the bottom spilling all over you. I think its a great idea and it works really, really well.
So what did I think of their new addition, the Chicken Parmigana? The roll was fresh, the salad was the fancy-type mesculun mix which was great. The chicken had a yummy coating and was nice and hot. The parmigana sauce went well with the roll, but had a distinct artificial taste. Still, it was nice. The parmesan cheese was sparse but I did find some flecks on the lettuce.
Overall, a nice addition to the range, if you enjoy italian flavours you will like this roll. Price is on the steep side (around $6), but the roll is filling and possibly healthier than some other options at McDonalds.
