Again a pie I was somewhat hesitant to try, but rather glad I did. Like with the smoked fish pie, I found the pastry to be light, golden, and not too flaky. The taste of mint was subtle, but definitely there, which I liked, since it didn't end up overwhelming the rest of the pie, and the lamb came in good sized chunks throughout the pie, unlike some pies where the meat chunks can sometimes be rather minimal.
Overall, another enjoyable pie!!
