Himalayan Goji Juice product reviews

Did you know that in some remote places in this world, a life expectancy of more than 100 years is not uncommon?

Research has shown that many of the world's longest living people consume regular daily helpings of a tiny red fruit that may just be the world's most powerful food - the goji berry.

FreeLife is the first company to perfect a difficult and demanding proprietary extraction process and create the only standardized form of this incredible plant available in the world today: Himalayan Goji Juice.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

A friend was conned into buying this and rapidly found it to be a total waste of money. He gave me his last 4 bottles because I mentioned I once had good results from a colloidal minerals juice a few years back. After 3 months on this stuff, taking the recommended dosage for the first 2 months, and later taking a double dosage to see if I could bring about some form of noticable effect, I found myself totally disappointed with the total lack of anything I could clearly point to. With the excessive price tag he mentioned (I have been asked not to name the amount, as apparently each regional distributor can set their own profit margin) this seemed like the most expensive, horrible tasting fruit juice you could imagine, deviod of any clearly noticable benefits that could not also be attributed to just a better diet and 30 minutes of extra exercise a day. Goji juice is just a waste of money, better spent on more natural foods and a gym membership.

I was offered the chance to try this stuff out, and was informed that it costs in excess of $120 for a box of 4 bottles, making each bottle worth at least $30. The specified dosage of 30ml per day minimum means each bottle should last around a month, give or take a few days. I was only given one bottle to try, and was told that according to the distributors best result can appear as early as 3 weeks, or as late as 2 months, so there was a chance I wouldn't see a lot of difference. This is exactly what happened, nothing. Nothing good and nothing bad. Considering the taste is not unpleasant, it still didnt appeal to me very much unless it was mixed with some strong flavoured fruit juice, such as lemon-lime or tropical punch. Considering the (lack of) results, I find myself unable to say much good about this product. $30 for 1 litre of strange tasting fruitjuice, it is just not something I can accept or recommend.

I have been taking this juice for the last month or so, and it hasn't done a lot for me. I didn't really feel any different from when I wasn't taking it!

I was taking it at 30mls a day as it decribes on the directions, one day I was really thristy and couldn't find anything to drink so I decided to take a couple of mouthfuls of Goji, and to my suprise it made me feel energised for most of the day, so unless you are prepared to spend a bomb on buying a lot of this stuff so you can take it by the mouthful this isnt really the product for you.

It states on the back that this juice may be the key to help you live longer, I haven't been taking it long enough to back that up!

The taste of it reminds me of Just Juice, I liked the taste, but I know people that weren't too fond of it, because has a bit of a tangy aftertaste that can get annoying, so I recommend chasing it down with something. The smell can be a bit off putting but it's not as bad as it smells.

You can only buy it in 4 packs of 1L bottles, which is a bit of a downer, they should bring it out in single bottles for those people that just want to try it.

But over all it didn't really do a lot for me and I won't bother continuing this product.

Product image for Nescafe Dolce Gusto Latte MacchiatoEffectively an upside-down caffè latte, the Latte Macchiato literally means 'stained milk'. Tall, hot and frothy, the Latte Macchiato is finished off with a delicious dot of crema atop its froth, which is also known as the 'macchia'.
