We love the Tinker Bell movies and own them all. We also have a lot of the fairy dolls. Our cat is named after one of them, Silvermist. So it is fair to say I was really looking forward to this. Unfortunately it had a completely different feel to the rest of the movies and I did not really enjoy it.

Zarina a dust-keeper fairy is very inquisitive about everything. When she tries to expand on the fairy dust it goes horribly wrong and in a moment of anger she is asked to leave Pixie Hollow. She hooks up with some Pirates and steals the Pixie Dust for herself. Tink and the crew try and get it back.

You are introduced to the really cute crocodile who eventually takes Hooks hand and you also meet Hook and Smee which was really neat to see how they evolved. I enjoyed the fairies had there talents swapped over which added another level to the movie but it was still lacking its normal spark to which I am used to.

It was a rainy afternoon so made some popcorn and the family sat down to watch it, in the end I was scanning my tablet and so was my husband and only our eldest was left watching it. My youngest was over playing with the fairies and only would watch for little bits at a time. It had its moment but they were very few and far between.

One thing hasn't changed though Pixie Hollow/Neverland is beautiful and the flowers and colours are breath taking. It makes you appreciate nature and the amazing landscape we live in.
