Got a friend or family member coming around for dinner and you just don't know what to make? Grab a tin of this and use it in anything that you would use mince for.
Now according to my tin of Casserole Mince there are three servings per tin but I can make it go a lot further. My go to meal, when I have a lot of mouths to feed, is just a plain old pasta dish. One can of Casserole Mince, one tin of chopped tomatoes, pasta sauce, mixed veges, onion and garlic with some cheese on top. With this dish I can feed four adults and five kids.
As I mentioned above, this works in any dish that you may use mince in and the gravy it is in gives it extra flavour. I have use this in taco's, quisidillas, nachos, lasagnas, pasta bakes etc. it is really versatile and makes a good amount of food. I particularly like this on a tortilla, cottage cheese, salsa, cheese, sour cream and another tortilla on top. Delish.
This is well worth the money, tastes great and is versatile.
