I love, love, love cook books that offer me quick, tasty, hassle free cooking and baking recipes. So I was super excited when I received this cookbook as a present!

I love how the book is set out, it has sections for everything, breakfast, eggs, soup, cheese, seafood, vegetarian, chicken, beef, poultry, low-fat, fruit, chocolate, cakes just looking through the contents page I instantly fell in love because any cookbook that denotes a whole section to eggs and cheese! can only mean it is a great book.

The recipes are easy to follow and use ingredients that are easily found in the supermarket and allows you to add or take away/replace ingredients that you may not like and uses cups as measurements so I don't have to think about converting grams into cups so it really is quick and easy, very hassle free cooking and baking experiences.

The recipe ideas within the book are dinner party worthy and I have found them to be fail proof as the recipes I have made have turned out great, tasty and look great on the plate with minimal presentation from me. My dinner guests have actually asked me where I got the recipe idea from and I have shown them the book and they have sought out a copy for themselves. Well worth the money in my book, but I am biased because I love cookbooks!

The pages in the book are glossy and the photographs of the food are full page spreads and this makes the food look really good and without even reading the recipe I have already made up my mind to make the dish just based on the photograph.....as usual I eat with my eyes!!
