I was lucky enough to be given this book to review and while I haven't had the chance to try many of the recipes, I have read many of them and am looking forward to the BBQ season where I can try them out.
The book itself is a nice size to sit down and browse through while deciding what recipes you are going to try today. I'm not a huge fan of big books that are difficult to hold, not to mention heavy.
When you look inside you are greeted by lovely clear pictures and recipes that you don't need to be a gourmet chef to prepare. It covers all the basics - the different meats, seafood, vegetables, nibbles/sides, salads and desserts and also offers hints for cooking on the BBQ.
Because it is a MAGGI cookbook, you find that each recipe specifies MAGGI products but realistically you don't have to use their products, and substitutes are easily available.
All in all it's a great book and one that I can see getting a lot of use in this household
