Product reviews...
Being, at best, an enthusiastic casual wine drinker, I will have to admit my tastes are not as cultured as the big-name wine reviewers. So to those who are amongst those with a cultured palate, please forgive.
Though medium wines appeal to my tastebuds the most, I can usually enjoy a mildly dry white wine, and this is of that nature. Smooth on the way in with hints of citrus fruits and a light peach, this wine rapidly leaves with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
A smooth wine, this would go nicely with seafood, or white meats such as pork or chicken. Could be teamed with delicate meats, such as ham, so long as a nice mild cheese is served as well. Would be good with hor d'oeuvers and a cold platter, as a lead-in to a night's dining with friends.
Personally, not a wine I would drink on a quiet night home alone, but all the same, a fine wine.
