The race is on with this exciting version of the classic hidden word puzzle - it turns a solitary activity into a fun group word game as players go on a word search
Rotate the specially-designed circular board to reveal the word that the players will race to find on this turn. Everyone plays at once, and the first player to locate the word marks it with transparent colored tiles. With twists and turns that allow players to remove tiles played by competitors, Wordsearchers find that it's a great game for kids and families to play together (and to boggle their minds!)

I have a twelve year old who loves todo word searches with me, so when I saw this at the op shop (for the third time, at a third opshop) I opted to grab it, after all it was only $8 and clearly meant to be. Luckily for me, it wasn't missing a single piece. There are eight, double sided boards, each with its own theme, just like you'd find in any word search book. Select one, place it on the board and then slot the ring on top, so only the green bar is showing. Everyone then selects a colour of tokens and gets ready to search for words! The ring slides around to reveal the first word, whoever spots it first places one of their tokens on each of the letters in the word.
As each word is revealed, everyone races to find it. If someone's tokens is already on a letter in the word you've just found, you remove their token and replace it with your own. The game ends when you get back to the green bar, most tokens on the board wins. I am the best in my family at word searches, so I really enjoyed the challenge of this game and while I still win more than I loose, the kids have better odds of finding the words. Whilst this is never going to be a best seller, I can understand people trying to work out how this is a competitive game, I've enjoyed it enough that with 16 boards, there's plenty of chances to replay.
