You're gonna love this razor system! Promise.

Don't believe us?
1. Work on trusting people.
2. Check out these features...
    •  "Hold me closer" our handle says to your hand, and it feels so good. Because it's a well-designed handle.
    •  She's water ready: this rubber fin preps your hair for a close shave specifically for the bath or shower.
    •  We have a special design that makes blades easier to clean and last longer. We call it "Venetian Flow." Other brands call it "Wait, what's that? We don't have that."
    •  Two sets of three blades with a flexible bend in the middle helps the blade handle curves like a sports car on the Desert Rd. going 140 km/h - which we'd never do because that's very dangerous.
    •  So aloe, vitamin e and lavender walk into a bar, right? That's not a joke, that's just our moisturising strip that soothes sensitive skin.

2x Cartridges

    •  6 Blades

So I have not bought a new razor for about a decade - I just buy refills. This was a great chance to check on whether I was using the right product. This was stiff competition and I may well shift to this product given the cost of refills is pretty affordable.

I didn't like the big plastic pack and to get into it was a bit fiddly for me - open it before you take it to the bathroom is my advice. I then noticed it was larger than my current razor (which this is a comparative review of mostly). It is bright and had a large holder that attaches to the shower. I loved that it had an easy to attach holder for the shower - but it was quite big and stuck out in comparison to what I had.

This leads me to my first issue. It was harder to put in and take out than I was expecting. Once you get the hang of lifting (and not lifting the holder) it is fine but it was a bit of an initial niggle. This was made up for by the nice "travel cover" which I will get to later. This didn't affect the performance however.

So once you get it out and use it the razor was really nice to handle - easy to move around and do legs and underarms. I do not use any kind of shaving foam/gel/lather and this razor handled that fine. It had a smooth movement and I liked the head shifting smoothly and not missing bits. You probably have to apply a little more pressure once you have used it a few times and the blades have blunted slightly but that is every razor so that is fine.

I found the colour a bit too bright and obvious for me so I would avoid such a garish pink personally but it made it easy to see - I know this is petty but I would love some nice blues and greens. The real win for me and why I will be buying refills was the travel casing!

I do not like using disposable razors when I travel and my current product does not have any kind of travel case so you need to buy a new refill and use that first when you go away but this had a lovely solid cover for adding it into your toilet bag. Great product overall and a great price. Will be sticking with it for a while at least.

Shaving is one of those tasks that needs to be done but can be quite arduous at the best of time, finding the time to fit it in, in one of those quick mummy showers where your scrambling to even get the most basic washing done before the children destroy the house or each other. I loved that this razor had its own self lubricating strip so that when I'm rushing and my shaving cream has mostly run away I can still use the razor without irritating my skin. I found that even with just water the razor still glided easily across my skin with just the use of the lubricating strip so this is a very handy addition to a busy mums life.

I also found the razor very easy to use the head pivots and moves with the shapes of my legs and is flexible enough to get around those knee caps without causing any knicks or having to put in any considerable effort to change the direction of the blade. The handle has a nice shape and is easy to grip without any risk of it slipping out of my hand. The included holder that suctions to the shower wall was a huge plus in my eyes I have a toddler and I love that I can put it up high out of her reach while still in a convenient place when I need to use it. It fits very snuggly in the holder so no chance of it falling off when its not supposed to though quite a task to get out if your hands are slippery from the shower just to note.

I liked the effectiveness of the blades and found it left my legs smooth after use, though just from personal choice I have found mens razors seem to cut a much closer cut so have often bought from mens rangesand find them to work more effectively. This is a good price and I also notice the replacement cartridges are a good price too, from past experience using the reusable handles i've noticed its often more expensive to then buy the cartridges than it is to buy another whole razor so I was impressed with the price of these and think I would be quite tempted to buy the cartridges again and keep using the handle as though I can only buy online they have a good price point to make this more appealing.

I hate shaving, I find it an annoyance and somewhat waste of time. I tend to wax my underarms and bikini line, only shaving my legs every week or two out of necessity rather than desire. I strongly believe a shaver requires good money to be spent to avoid nicks, shaving rash and icky things of the sorts. I was looking forward to trailing this razor as the price was very reasonable and thought, if it worked great I might just be converted back.

The negative to this razor was the packaging. For one, I'm not a big fan of plastic and this razor has plenty! I also dislike when products are heat sealed - I get the purpose but they are always so annoying to get into. I much prefer refills which has peelable tops (not heat sealed), as these are much easier to open!

Overall, the shaver was great to use once opened. I loved that the razor is self lubricating, although I personally shaved in the showers, this self lubricating would allow woman to shave on the go without requiring the shower. The razor moved gently and had a great pivot. It moves with your wrist, requiring no awkward twisting and turning. I found my legs to be reasonable soft afterwards, although I wouldn't say any softer than my other changeable head shavers.

Shaving is a task that must be done, but for most people it is not one that we really look forward to, if I am honest. I have tried a few hair removal ways - shaving, epilator machine, waxing (professional and done myself), sugar wax things, and the list goes on. Seeing this razor come up for review, I was interested to try it, as it is a brand I do not know but is a really good price for something you do not really want to spend much money on!

The razor itself looks a lot like most other razors on the market - pretty "girl colours", nice wide handle, moisturising cartridges and a shower holder. But it is a bit different to others with a flexible pivoting head that I really liked, and even brand new, did not manage to nick myself with - Yay!! It glides beautifully over knees and backs of legs and the notoriously bad underarms! The lubricating band is really nice too - and does not go all gummy and sticky once wet - or stay that way. It has 6 blades, and I found this gives a really good close shave.

The holder has a strong hold to it, and as of yet has not fallen off the shower wall - which is what you want - a razor fallen down and unnoticed in the shower could really hurt to stand on!! The razor is really easy to clean - and to dry - it drains really well hung on the little holder. The handle of the actual razor is great also - not slippery plastic, so no fumbled and dropped razors. I LOVE the refill packaging - a cute wee box that you can definitely put to use elsewhere - so it is multi purpose.

One thing was the packaging - I originally thought, "oh great a hard to opened sealed package", but then realised it was perforated and actually really easy - which means no more struggling just to get this razor out in the first instance.

All in all I really like this razor, and the only downside is that I can only get it online, so really need to check and make sure I have refill cartridges, but honestly - with that being the only downfall, can whole heartedly say I recommend and would absolutely buy this razor again.

Being 33 weeks pregnant saving hasn't happened a lot lately for me, only when I can be really bothered. I was however excited to receive the Dorco Shai 3+3 Razor - LSX A1000 shaver to try and review and was a good excuse to get around and shaving my legs and armpits. I really enjoyed the shaver, was easy to use and glided nicely. I liked the 3 razors on the head of the shaver and the handle was easy to drip. I found it worked well with following the curves and gliding nicely on the skin. It was also easy to clean when running under the water for the next strip.

being heavily pregnant shaving my legs is not the easiest of jobs to do, but I found it glided nicely on the legs, and in areas where I was shaving blind as couldn't see what I was doing it worked work, glided nicely and no random cuts on my legs. Easy to clean the hair of as it had been a while since my last shave so the leg hair was long.

Great for the price and easy to use and would recommend. I look forward to shaving my legs again with the shaver and I know I can trust it. Also works well for the bikini line which again is a blind shave for me as I can't see past my tummy. Works well and does the job with no nicks. Ideally that is what you want in a shaver, one you know you can use and it doesn't nick then skin and cause bleeding, it glides nicely to all curves and leaves a great smooth finish. Also has a comfy handle and I love the stick to the wall holder to fit it in afterwards so its not lying flat on the side of the bath for the kids to touch. Great product.

Shaving my legs and underarms is an arduous task that I regularly undertake and having a good razor is essential. Unfortunately for me, when I asked my hubby to get me some a while back, he bought me a cheap pack of disposable razors which feel like they ripped the hairs out as opposed to shaving them. I was, therefore, looking forward to trialing this new razor.

I'll start with the negative, the packaging. Although it's great you can see the razor, I personally hate the plastic packaging that is heat-sealed and a nuisance to open. I also looked for the refills in the supermarket and couldn't find them, although you can order them online.

That said, these were the only negatives I could find with this razor. Once I got the razor out of the packaging, I wet the back of the sucker and stuck it to the shower. As the razor has a lubricating strip, I didn't bother lathering up (which I usually have to do) and got straight to it. The first thing I noticed and loved, was the flexible, pivoting head that followed the curves of my legs and underarms effortlessly. The razor gave a close shave which was not surprising with 6, yes 6 blades and best of all, no nicks!

The handles had a grippy silicone feel to it which made it easy to hold and didn't slip. Although I didn't have to, I tried switching blades to see how easy it was as I have struggled in the past with other razors. Needless to say, this razor passed with flying colours and a push of a button helped release and then reconnect the blade.

Overall, I have to say that this is the best razor that I have used, and I have used most of the razors on the market. The bonus is the price, a bargain at only $10 and the refills are also relatively cheap, even when ordered online.
