What can you say about Dido? She is hot and sexy, talented and stunning, she can sing any type of song that takes her fancy, and when she is on stage she talks to the audience as though they are all sitting around on couches and it is a private little party, candid and open. The songs all carry significant meaning for her and at the start of each song she explains a little bit about what lies behind the lyrics giving the listener a far better insight into the song. The video is a little fuzzy in places lacking detail due to the lighting and camera angle but this is skillfully kept to a bare minimum and possibly wont be noticed if, like me, you find yourself sitting entranced by the song, eyes closed and swaying gently. Throw into this wonderful mix the bonus audio CD and you have a brilliant all-purpose collection of music for any party or gathering. The only slight niggle I had was that the discs kept popping out of the case which could not be sealed shut after you pull the wrapper off. This is a bit of a production and marketing oversight that could easily have been solved by some clever cookie thinking "Now, what could possibly go wrong with this design and how do I prevent it." But when it comes to the content of the pack itself, pure gold. This is a title I will be watching and listening to on a regular basis any time I need to chill out for an hour or so.
