Regardless of whether organic ingredients are important, this is a great tea. Subtle mango flavours blend well with the other ingredients to make a rewarding brew.
Product reviews...
I really enjoy a nice tea and usually have about 9 or 10 different teas in my cupboard. I was rather excited when this tea arrived. The packaging looks like a really expensive tea but for some reason I didn't realise that it was leaf tea so I had to go and get an infuser teapot. I really like how the packet can be reseal ed to keep the tea fresh as it will last a while due to only using a teaspoon or two to be able to make four or five cups of tea, really great value. The other thing I like is that the ingredients are organic.
Once brewed the tea smelt really nice, I did find that the fruity flavour was pleasant. I tried brewing different strengths and doing a few brews from the same leaves and found that it still tasted good. I found I prefer the tea a bit cooler as the flavour is nicer when cold. I have a recipe for edible lego and was hoping to try this in the Lego jelly as it would be interesting to taste the results, with the holidays coming I will be experimenting and I'm sure my kids are going to enjoy the results.
I would be interested in trying some of the other flavours in this range especially since I have bought a teapot and will be keeping an eye out for the other flavours.
I was so excited when this Tea Total Loose tea arrived, my Mum was heading over for the day so we decided it would be a nice treat we could both enjoy together. The packaging is very pleasing to the eye and looks expensive and you feel you should leave it out on the bench as it looks so good.
I like that it is easily accessible with the snap lock top and it kept the contents nice and fresh until I had finished the packet. The tea itself was fast to brew with little effort and has a wonderful aroma and smell, however it does need to be consumed quickly it is not a tea you can forget about and go back to once it's cold. We found after sitting for a while the tea itself became bitter and lost the beautiful fruity taste and smell.
We found that the price of the tea was pretty competitive for organic tea available online however you could find a lot cheaper in the supermarket but this was definitely a better quality tea. I would continue to buy this tea but only as a treat and when I have 5 minutes to sit down and enjoy a cup while its still hot.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this tea but was immediately won over by the packaging. This 100 gram bag is very stylish and immediately lends itself to a nice gift. I chose the organic Mango Magic fruit tea which I was surprised to see consists solely of dried fruit. The bag is resealable and opens and reseals really well.
To get the maximum flavor from this tea I decide to brew it in my infuser tea pot. This was a really good decision as whilst my boiling hot water cooled down in the tea pot the fruit infused beautifully so I had the most amazing glass of fruit tea. It tastes quite simply like fruit but is surprisingly sweet. I found this a really nice refreshing drink and filled my tea pot again when I had finished leaving that to go cold and put it in the fridge for a nice cold fruit drink. I loved this both cold and hot but what I also liked is as it is caffeine free my children were able to drink this as well and they also loved it.
I really enjoy this tea and this packet is going a long way as I only need to use a teaspoon or two each teapot. I think that this is great value for money and also great value for taste as well. I would definitely buy this again and would certainly use this range if doing gift baskets. I can definitely recommend this tea. A great organic product.
