Thomas and Butch are stuck in a bind when they don't fully listen to directions. Spencer gets lost in the fog but learns he can actually be Spencer the Helpful. Gordon must swallow his pride after dropping the Lion of Sodor in the mucky muddy river and Edward shows Charlie there's a time to be Really Fun and a time to be Really Useful. All aboard for fun-filled tales as friends help each other through all kinds of sticky situations!

When we received this DVD I thought it would be perfect to entertain my little nephew when he came to visit. Well it might well be but in the meantime Miss Seven Miss Five and MIss Two have watched it over and over and over again. MIss Seven watches it standing up so she can dance to all the theme tunes and sing the song at the beginning and end of each episode. The girls absolutely love it!
The DVD is made up of 6 episodes. Stuck on you, Spencer the grand, Gordon and Ferdinand, Charlie and Eddie, Henry's Health and Safety and Diesels special Delivery.
Each episode has a little story about the particular trains in the episode and a "sticky situation" My favourite is the importance of listening to instructions in Stuck on you. I hope that if my girls watch that episode enough they might start listening to me...lol!
The animation on this DVD is absolutely brilliant. It seems that with every Thomas and Friends DVD we watch the animation is better and better. I really enjoy watching it and the quality of the DVD's is so impressive compared to even DVD's from a few years ago. With a running time of 66 minutes but split into episodes this DVD can be perfect for entertaining the kids whilst you cook dinner or as quick "TV time" rewards.
I would definitely recommend this DVD if you or your child like Thomas or just trains in general. It really is the best yet I think from this series of Thomas DVD's that I have thus far reviewed. Perfect for the Christmas Stocking or as a gift. At $16.99 it is top value for your dollar.
