My daughter is the fussiest kid I know and it is such a struggle to find things to put in her lunch boxes for school. I do my best to fill it with fruit and healthy snacks but yes there are also the not so good stuff in there too. It's about making a balance between the things I want her to eat and the things she will choose to eat.
These are quite a gimmicky product as they are in the muesli bar aisle and are labelled as being fruit jellies made of real fruit. In my opinion they are just lollies though and taste exactly like them. It is good that they are made from real fruit though as it does make me feel less guilty. Sometimes it is just good to see her eating something even it it isn't the healthiest thing.
They come in a variety of different varities, there is the super mario one pictured and then there is scooby doo and there is also a new one just come out which is Monopoly. My daughter loves the new monopoly ones they come in the shapes of the monopoly board pieces and each packet has a different picture from the board like go to jail or free parking.

An Asian style accompaniment. With ingredients of chilli and fish sauce, this 'light splash' can be mixed with mint, coriander, parsley or basil and dolloped over a green salad or used as a dressing for prawns and fish.
Try splashing into a vegetable stir fry, a salad or over noodles to achieve an Asian flavour.
