Having tried two chicken ones in this range so far, I was keen to try this flavour as well. When we do a beef stir-fry I usually get long strips of meat. I decided to stick with what I know in that respect. So into a bowl, I added the infusing sauce from the packet and 500 grams of beef strips. I used a spoon to turn the meat through the sauce and really get them nicely coated. Then I left them for about 10 minutes to properly infuse. The smell of the sauce was great.

I browned the meat in a frying pan and then added mixed vegetables and some udon noodles. I like to use noodles at the moment because my baby loves to eat them and the larger style are easy for her to pick up. Once everything was cooked through I added the finishing sauce and the smell of the spices was even stronger. The sauce smelt really sweet with a touch of soy.

I served this to my family. My eldest daughter didn't eat much of the meat. She is not a huge red meat fan, so this was to be expected. My husband cleaned his plate and loved the stir-fry. My baby ate all her noodles and some of the meat. She obviously enjoyed the sauce as she was well coated. It looked like she had been eating chocolate from the colour of it. I think I liked this flavour best of all from what I have tried so far.

After watching the advert on television about this recipe base on my next shopping trip I bought a sachet and loved the result so on my next shopping trip I bought more and this flavour was the second one I tried....OMG these are my favourite thing at the moment.

IF I could have this every night of the week for dinner I would!! It really tastes like a professional cooked it at a restaurant...as soon as I open the very easy to rip sachet to infuse the raw meat the flavour hits you straight away. Once it is mixed with the meat and left for a few minutes it is ready to cook and the flavour gets stronger and the smell is insanely good.

Add the vegetables and finishing sauce and the dish only gets better and fills the house with a great smell that I thought was only possible when visiting a restaurant and having a professional chef cook these meals for you. I was talking with a friend that also bought one of this recipe bases and she cooked it for her husband and her husband thought she had bought Chinese takeaways and didn't believe her until she showed him the empty sachet packet.....because yes it really is that good...you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between home-made and takeaways.

I was telling some of the ladies I work with about what I had for dinner and I was raving about how easy it was to make and the amazing taste that it tasted I think even better than takeaways, they were looking at me sceptical like so I brought in the packet so they could see what I was talking about and they bought some of there own tried and now they also love this product.

I have bought more sachets and can't can't to try them out...this is something that I will keep buying and using because I totally love these...they taste great and are so easy to make...definitely a dinner party dish in mu opinion! The amount these will save on Chinese takeaways too I am so impressed!
