Product reviews...
The Paint Sprayer pro is a fairly simple gadget to use and give excellent results.
Once you have got over the fiddly bit of checking the viscosity of the paint (which involves filling up the viscosity cup and timing how long it takes to empty and if needed, adjust the viscosity of the paint) Luckily, I didn't need to adjust the viscosity and so the job was made much quicker and easier.
Once you have filled the paint container, connected it up to the compressor and switched it on it is so simple to use, it is almost fool-proof (although there are always fools willing to prove you wrong). Point at the surface to be painted, pull the trigger and away you go. It does take a little practice to get the best, most even coverage but this does happen quite quickly. With a bit of practice one can acheive quite an even, professional finish - free from brush stroke marks or streaks.
I've not yet tried this on horizontal surfaces - such as the bathroom ceiling, and I can't find anything in the manual to suggest it can or can't be used to paint the ceiling.
I've painted an indoor room using this - and the job was completed quite quickly, and with less hassle than a roller, and much easier than a paint brush, The results are far better too.
The nozzle is adjustable to so you can adjust the paint spray to yoru preferred pattern.
All in all, it is probably more complex to describe and write about that it does to use it. At a smidgen under $150, it may seem expensive, however when you consider the cost of brushes, rollers and other paraphernalia, it would probably come out quite even. But when you compare the finish on the walls - there is no contest.
