My baby absolutely loves the lamaze books. This is a great book as it is bright and colourful and highly interactive. The book allows mums and their babies to have interactive playtime where they can share the story and make discoveries together. Love sharing this book with my son and discovering all the different animals at the zoo, he loves to open the flaps to get a surprise who is hiding behind. I think the book is great as a first reader for story time with parents as it is bright and colourful which stimulates baby and will hopefully encourage an early joy of books and reading
Baby loved the bright colours and the different items on each page that moved or had different textures. He watched as I turned pages, and it was great as when he grabbed the page, there was no ripping of paper or ruining the book from putting in his mouth. It was very easy for him to hold the book as it was soft, and the range of fabrics he could put in his mouth and feel was good. It also starts to teach him about animals and what they look like and do.
