. . . And Much Much More!!!
Product reviews...
I love the net guide. Easy to read, has some great free programs, a great questions section, where the give easy to understand answers. they have very helpful guides to buying computer hardware. Love it and its not that expensive!!!!
OK, I have to admit I am a little biased on the price factor, since I got a 12-month subscription through FlyBuys, so it costs me nothing. So of course, for me it's GREAT value for the price. Just a bit of a shame how much money I had to spend to earn the flybuys really! ($6,900 in fact!) But that's not the issue here.
With all the articles in small chunks, it's very easy to read, and the content is great, especially with the cover-CD. Lots of up-to-date software, freeware right through to demo versions of some big-name packages.
The only drawback is the necessary evil... a high proportion of advertising. But hey, gotta pay for production somehow, after all! Now if only they would promote us... (rofl)
I have read many magazines relating to all things webby and this ranks as the number 1 on my list.
Not only is it relevant to us kiwi's it also is well priced and has one of the nicest layouts I have seen in any number of magazines.
As always the articles in this issue are of the highest calibre and carry good information without bogging it down in geek-speak.

"Computer games don't affect kids. I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music."
