What is Sipahh?
Sipahh is a milk flavouring straw that wakes up milk.
It makes milk fun and helps ensure kids get the vital calcium they need in their diets.
Simply dip into cold milk, Sip, and say Ahh!
How does it work?
Every Sipahh milk flavouring straw is filled with our special UniBeads that contain all the flavour and excitement that Sipahh delivers.
As the milk is sipped through Sipahh, the UniBeads dissolve and turn boring white milk into a healthy snack that everyone can enjoy.
Simple and fun!

Product reviews...
Flavoured milk, you either love it or you hate it. And if you love it you most likely have a favourite too. I am a lover of flavoured milk. It tastes way better than standard milk and its even nice in coffee. So when I first heard about Sipahh straws, and of course with encouragement from all three children, it was inevitable that I would at some point find myself adding at least one of the Sipahh flavours to my shopping cart eventually.
Thankfully when I did finally decide to buy them it was when they were on special. And we werent even home five minutes when they kids were begging to try them out. So its a simple straw with these strawberry flavoured balls in the middle. You pour a glass of standard milk and drink it through the straw, the process of milk going through these balls releases the strawberry flavour, and walaaa strawberry flavoured milk.
My honest opiniom: they are a waste of money and you are better off buying a bottle of already flavoured milk. The sipahh straws don't give you instant flavoured milk and in almost every case the start and end of your milk is just standard. The milk doesnt instantly flavour, takes a few sucks, and by thd time you are three quarters of the way through the glass ths flavour is running out. They are a fun item but for the price not worth it. The kidshowever thought theyy were great. My only real positive would be that they are a nice strawberry.
I found these really good because the straw is filled with the flavouring and as you suck the milk through it combines to create the strawberry flavour. It is a really nice flavour and is not too sweet that it is sickly.
The flavour inside the straws never blocked the milk from coming through the straw like I thought it would so they are really effective. The ends are also blocked enough that the flavour balls can not escape but the milk can still flow through picking up the flavour as it goes through. The intensity of the flavour dies off towards the end of a glass of milk so you have to have a smaller glass to ensure that it all contains the flavour.
Definelty an more expensive choice than pre made strawberry milk or nesquik powder as you only get a small amount of straws in a packet from memory I think it is 10 so each packet only gives you 10 drinks where a nesquik container seems to last a lot longer. My daughter is definetly convinced it is worth the money as she prefers these I think mostly because the straw design is more appealing than just a normal glass of flavoured milk
The good thing is you can get multipacks with a range of flavours so you can choose which flavour you want to suit your mood or tastebuds on a particular day. I think it is good also how they are individually wrapped so you can just pop one in your bag when you are heading out somewhere.
None of the males in my house like to drink straight milk (even if it is good for them!) but once it is flavoured they can't get enough of it! These strawberry flavoured straws have gone down a treat.
While they are slightly more expensive on a per glass basis than buying pre-made flavoured milk I found they lasted longer and can be used for more than one glass of milk. The flavour was definitely superior to the powdered milk flavourings I have tried before.
The novelty factor certainly encouraged the younger members of the family to drink more milk. The younger ones enjoyed being able to see the milk going up through the crystals, while the older ones loved being able to just open the packet and use it !
To sum up, the flavour, convenience and novelty factor of these mean that they will be something I will buy again.
These flavour straws are a huge hit in our house. Usually every week I pick up a bottle of flavoured milk. Some weeks that milk doesn't last more than a few days and that is when we fall back to these straws and white milk. I try to have a selection of boxes available, because she likes to keep me on my toes about the flavour she wants.
The strawberry Sipahh straws are delicious. The flavour seeds smell just like strawberry milk. They make my mouth water whenever I open a straw for use. I have even snuck off with one or two in my time, because they taste so good.
I love that these can be used for more than one drink, because my daughter gets very milk thirsty in the evenings. So three cups of milk, and the straw is usually finally on it's last legs. We'll definitely continue to keep these stocked up in our cupboard.
I loved the packaging and the concept. It has an awesome flavour. I drunk these quite a bit while pregnant. It did lack the suck factor. I didnt like this product when you sucked it and none of the flavour came through the straws. The product stayed in the straws long after the milk was finished. Great idea for the kids when your trying to get calcium into them.
My son, now 3, has never been interested in milk and gagged on it whenever we have given it to him until he had one of these. I was in complete shock when he came back to get his glass topped up with milk so he could finish the straw. If he is a fan, then I am a fan.
Well i'm a real sucker for any kind of flavoured milk (except maybe soy milk...) and this stuff is no exception. It has the same taste as any of the other brands out there both pre-flavoured and mix-your-own types, but this is the more unique of any of them, and I am most surprised that no-one thought of this sooner. I can most certainly see these taking off in great leaps and bounds here in New Zealand.
So a big thumbs up to the people at UniStraw and I hope that this is not the last we see of this innovative company.
There can be few people in the world who do not like strawberry milkshake - I am one of the few; but that did not deter me from trying this flavour of straw. The taste was pleasent and strong enough to tempt any strawberry lover into trying this straw. My daughter decided to go one better and tried this product in conjunction with the cookies and cream flavour, and by sucking both straws at once, one ended up with strawberries and cream AND cookies. A delightful combination, I'm sure.
From my point of view, as someone who prefers a dairy-free diet, these straws worked exceedingly well with rice milk; and because the product is dairy-free and almost a hypoallergenic formula I would have no hesitation in recommending these products to both people with allergies and to the vegetarian and vegan societies as a treat for their kids or themselves. I tried this product with rice milk only, believing soy milk to have a taste that would mask the taste of the product.
All in all, this choice will have universal appeal alongside the plain chocolate flavour and will take many a user back to their childhood of sipping a cold milkshake on a hot summer's day.
I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting with these straws... would they have powder that you tipped into milk? If it stayed in the straw how did that work? Were the straws themselves flavoured?
So I approached straw usage with some trepidation. Opening the first packet I was interested to see a semi-closed off straw with little balls of coloured stuff (quite possibly the flavouring). I plonked the straw into some milk, and promptly wandered off. When I came back a few seconds later I took a sip through my straw and was thoroughly slapped in the face by flavour! After a few seconds of enthusiastic straw sucking to clear the back-log I found I was only halfway through the flavouring in the straw, but dangerously close to running out of milk! After topping up my glass I managed to run out of straw before the milk was gone.
My second straw was more cleverly managed and I got a nice balance of flavour and no milk left over afterward, although I did discover that rate of suction really does make a difference to flavour intensity. I found the straws to be a little bulkier than I liked, but the tastiness really outweighed any issues :)
These straws are a fantastic way of having a milk drink wherever, without the hassle of carrying perishable milk around with you. It was so handy for me to take one to work, pour myself a glass of milk and drink it through a flavoured straw - voila! Flavoured milk! I was also able to give them to my son to take as part of his afternoon snack, he loved them - thought they were cool, and it was a great way of getting him away from sugar-filled juice (these straws claim only one and a half teaspoons of sugar).
I quite like strawberry milk as a rule, so I wasn't surprised that I enjoyed this. Although I discovered that it does not go well with egg and ham sandwiches, it is nice and smooth and very tasty.
I have never really liked artificially strawberry flavoured anything, not even milkshakes. This product wasn't terribly different. The same taste was there, although I found if I drank quickly the experience was over faster.
This product is cool, and I may be tempted to figure out my own ways to recycle the used straws, but I can't really say I will be looking for this particular flavour again.
Overall i am very happy with this sipahh.
as with the BANANA SIPAHH, strawberry is a very hard flavour to mess up. This tasted very much like the commercially made strawberry-milk products, yet it comes in a handy, mess free (unless you spill the glass), single-serve package.
The only problem i have with this product (and all of the SIPAHH range) would be getting the right amount of milk, and getting the right suck rate.
You can sip really fast, on a glass of milk, and get a slight hint of flavour throughout the whole glass, and possibly half a straw of flavouring left. Or you can slip slowly, and get a half glass of really strongly flavored milk, followed by a half glass of plain milk.
the art of these is getting the suck level right.
I am not a berry fan really, never have been, except for fresh Strawberries dipped in icing sugar and served with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. -drool- But I have been known, on occasion, to indulge in a strawberry thickshake if my favourite flavour (a custom blend of lime and banana) is not available. So it was with some keen interest I slurped on one of these Sipahh straws.
After much practice with some of the other flavours I had already found the right balance of quantity of milk and level of suction required to create the perfect milk flow. Drink too fast and the milk is mostly unflavoured and leaves you with a straw full of beads, slurp too slow and the flavour is strong, but you end up with half a glass of plain milk to drink.
I found this to be a really pleasant taste, quite to my liking... as much as I can like a berry flavoured drink, and more than acceptable to slip into a glass of chilled milk on a warm day, ready to pop outside and soak up a few rays. I can also see it going well on cold night with a glass of warm milk, to mask that strange 'organic' taste warm milk gets, which I personally fiond quite unpleasant normally. Though, considering the beads dissolve faster in warm milk, you may need to slurp faster to get the best results.
overall, another fine addition to the Sipahh range and though steeper in price than a packet or can of competing milk flavourisers, it still proves it's worth is sheer portability, tidiness and kid-appeal. My 6 year old son just can't get enough of these.
