Cartoons bring joy to everyone in this household, our favourite childrens shows include PJ Masks, Paw Patrol, Puppy Dog Pals, and Blaze and the Monster Machines. When I saw that there were a couple of PJ Masks DVDs to request I eagerly tried my luck, and to my excitement I was chosen to review PJ Masks: Save the Summer. I waited until all my children were home and they quickly sat down to watch the episodes.

I popped the disc into the DVD player and while waiting for it to load, I decided to check out the DVD case. The unmistakable PJ Masks logo is prominent and there is no way you can miss it, the title of the DVD is in a font and text size that is eye-catching and easy to read. Catboy, Gekko, and Owlette are the main focus on the cover with a mischievous looking Luna Girl in the background. On the reverse of the case it states the running time is approximately 84 minutes and includes 7 episodes.

As soon as the theme song started playing, my children's concentration couldn't be dragged away from the screen. Each child likes a different character, so they hoped their character would save the day.
Eacb episode is highly entertaining, and teaches the importance of teamwork and friendship. My personal favourite episode was the one with the missing sports gear, the children found the super Ninjalinos hilarious, however my daughter was upset there wasn't many Luna Girl episodes.

By the end of the 84 minutes, my two year old was starting to get fidgety, I would still recommend this for children aged 2-8 years roughly. This DVD has already been played constantly and we eagerly await some new PJ Masks episodes in the future.

Product image for Dino Dan: Volume 4 - Active ImaginationIn Dino Dan, 10-year-old Dan Henderson (Jason Spevack) - nicknamed 'Dino Dan' by his friends - is an ordinary boy with an extraordinary obsession: he eats, sleeps and breathes dinosaurs. A typical day for Dan isn't complete unless he's racing a T-Rex on his school track, finding a Pterodactyls in his attic or getting a baby Brachiosaurus back to its mum.

However, while Dino Dan is an expert in dinosaurs, he also ... more...
