    •  Petrol & Diesel Engines
    •  Reduces Emissions
    •  Enhances Power
    •  Removes Carbon
    •  Lifts Octane & Cetane
    •  Cleans Engines & Fuel Systems

Enviro-Tab is an amazingly simple way to reduce emissions. We have targeted the source, which is the fuel that you use to power your car, van, truck, bus, lawn mower, motorcycle, boat... In fact, any internal combustion engine will benefit from using Enviro-Tab.

Enviro-Tab combats emissions in a variety of ways:
    •  it cleans your entire fuel system, from the fuel tank to the injectors / carburettor.
    •  it breaks down the varnish deposits and carbon build-up in your engine.
    •  it acts as a catalyst, improving the fuel combustion process

Depending on the age of your car and how many kilometres it has travelled, this may take a little longer than expected. It's like putting your car through its own detoxification process. In the immortal words of one of our Kiwi personalities, "It won't happen overnight, but it will happen."

My wee car is a 2005 Suzuki (which I absolutely love), but my pet hate is the cost of fuel to run such a small vehicle, so when I saw this product I thought yes I'd like to try these! The idea of getting my car to run more efficiently and cheaper was so appealing.

Initially I used the tablets in for local running around town and to and from work. I use one tank weekly which costs $70.00 from basically empty to fill, so for the week proceeding, I calculated that I did 425km on the $70.00 fill and then used the tablet for the following week. I must say it felt a bit odd dropping a "pill' into my fuel tank and so much so the forecourt attendant at my local Z petrol station was so intrigued at me doing this, he came over and asked what the tablets were. After a bit of a discussion, I went on my way after filling for $71.00.

One week later I refilled after doing the exact same kilometres and to my surprise the fill was $66.80! Wow, what an amazing difference!

My family also had a long weekend away and again we used these tablets for an approximately 600km round trip and not only did we use less fuel but my wee car seemed to run better! Not even sure how I can describe it as I'm by no means mechanical but even my husband noticed the difference, so he has now starting using the tablets on his work van, early days yet but if the results of my car are anything to go by he will be very impressed.

I checked the Enviro-Tab website and I was happy with the price of $30.00 for a 10 pack as the fuel savings I have experienced so far would outweigh the costs and of course the added bonus of a better running vehicle. I will continue to use these tablets and I am confident that they will continue to help my wee car and my wallet!

When it comes to cars right from my first car I have liked a big motor and a bit of grunt to them. I owned one car with a smaller motor and soon replaced it. I currently drive a car with a v6 engine and of course a big motor means more expensive running costs. My car is a 1991 so getting on in age but has never let me down a day since I had it, being older though it doesn't run as smoothly as it used to. After reading the reviews for the enviro-tab tablets I was very keen to give them a try.

In a typical week I run to and from work daily, which is a 20 minute drive each way and then do general running around town and weekends I usually do lots of visiting friends and family. Generally I fill my car fortnightly and most fortnights come pay day I have to refill straight away. When the tablets arrived I was keen to try them out straight away so filled the car planning to run around for a week without them. top it up again taking note of how many k's I did and how much it cost to refill and then put in the tablets.

However after being cleared to drive after an accident I was told I couldn't drive again so my brother in law offered to take my car and try them out for me. He decided he would use my car to strictly get to and from work and no other running so each week he could do the same amount of travelling, work is a 34km round trip so he was going to be doing 170km each week.

With the car topped up he completed the first week and topped up again - the refill cost just under $50, he then popped in the tablets and started on the second week. Sticking to the same route to work he completed the second week and topped up again, this time costing just over $43. It's easy to save! We are both amazed with the savings on just a weeks usage. He's also noticed the car is running a bit smoother than before. Keen to see if a second week of the tablets keeps improving the running of the car - he's decided to repeat the test again this week. Price wise and with the amount of savings I will be making I will be investing in more for sure!

Lets start with information about my car which I used to test this product. I drive a 2002 Nissan Maxima ST. It's a 3.0 litre petrol engine, automatic, and even though I get my warrant of fitness from the rather strict VTNZ stations, I haven't had it serviced in the two years that I have owned the vehicle. Currently I drive a 60 km return trip to work every weekday, and may drive up to 200 kms over the weekend, visiting friends and family. I also live in Auckland so traffic and roadworks have a significant impact on my fuel economy and driving style.

I have no means of testing emissions, so I cannot verify whether it reduces emissions or removes carbon from the exhaust. I attempted the simple "dirty sock test"; placing a new white tube sock over the exhaust pipe before allowing the car to idle for 5 minutes. Trying this before I used the product, I found very few particulates, certainly not enough to be able to gauge any improvement once I have started using the product.

So I endeavoured to determine whether there was any change in fuel economy. With a full 40L tank of fuel, I average 480-520 kms before the "low fuel" indicator lights up (though if not in traffic- on roadtrips for example - I can get up to 600 kms before the light comes on). My local petrol station is a Z station, and since receiving the product I have run through 4 tanks of fuel. The first tank was filled with my usual fuel (Regular 91) and had the double dosage recommended for the first fill. It managed 540kms before I needed to refill. So there was a slight increase in mileage, but this was over the Christmas period when traffic was lighter.

My second tank of gas (still regular 91) garnered a mileage of 500 kms before needing a refill. So still maintaining around the average mileage from "without the enviro-tab". My third tank of gas I mixed it up and splurged on some Premium 95 Octane (the fuel recommended for my car). Interestingly, with the higher octane, I ended up needing to refill after 480 km. And the fourth tank of fuel, I reverted back to Regular 91, and ended up at 500 km before needing a refill. So for my large 3.0 litre vehicle driving in traffic, there were no notable improvements in economy.

The only real noticeable difference that these tabs provided for my vehicle was comfort. It was instantly apparent that the car was running smoother. Small judders and shakes had disappeared, and the car became a lot more enjoyable to drive. This is something that could also be put down to the lack of oil changes. So if my car had been regularly serviced I may not have noticed any differences at all.

A 10 pack would last me about 9-10 weeks, so $30 isn't too much of an investment. But at the same time, without any significant improvements to my fuel economy, I'm more likely to save the tablets I have remaining and use them next time I want to drive to Wellington. Easy to use, but not effective enough for my vehicle for me to use it full time.

I was a bit wary about trying these in our vehicles as we both use our vehicles a lot daily, and when it comes to what we do or put in our cars we prefer things known or trusted. Hubby drives a 2001 mitsi wagon. 5 days a week he drives 74km round trip to and from work, which includes open road and rural gravel roads, as well as standard driving around town in between. I drive a 99 xr6 and my driving is 20km round trip twice a day 5 days a week doing school runs, and then I do charity work which sees me doing several short drives a day. So we use a lot of fuel and have a lot of general wear happening to our cars daily.

We received the enviro tabs just before Christmas. Hubby read up about them first before putting in his car. It was good to read there was a warranty but hard to know how you would really prove an issue resulting from the tabs given how temperamental cars can be. That aside though he was happy to give them a try. Instructions are simple. You pop a tablet out of the card and add it next time you fill your tank. As hubby fills his once sometimes twice a week we didn't have to wait long for that.

The saying above 'it wont happen overnight, but it will happen' is so true. Initially hubby thought it was like all things that promise the world but cease to produce, but there was light at the end of the tunnel. Things do improve. He felt his car after some time seemed to feel smoother, like it had a new lease on life. After his third tank refill he also noticed his petrol was lasting longer than it used too. And with the cost of running cars these days this is a big deal. Even getting an extra trip to work on your usual weeks petrol is a big deal. He was quite impressed and very happy.

To date I have not used them in my car. A couple days after Christmas my car was put off the road with a stuffed power steering unit. Due to the time of year, it has only just recently been put into the garage for repair. As it also needed a drive belt replacement, its still at the garage now. I can't wait to try it in my car though because hubby was impressed, and although I find my car great for fuel consumption already, it is really fumey. Based on the changes hubby has reported on his car, better fuel consumption, smoother engine, happier car I imagine I will notice considerable differences and can't wait to try them out.

When the kids are at school I spend my mornings and afternoons stuck in the car driving them to and from school and seems like the traffic gets heavier each time, I travel 7.8km from home to school and then again from school to home again and this short journey can take anywhere from 20 minutes to almost an hour but on weekends the same journey takes me 10 to 15 minutes and each week cots me $40 in petrol and if we have to go anywhere extra then it costs more so I thought that this product would be a good thing to try. Firstly I got these tabs to test just before Christmas so I knew that I wouldn't be stuck in bumper to bumper traffic daily but I would be doing longer trips so I took note of how much petrol was in the tank and how long it lasted and yes I did not the milage and I was surprised at how much better milage I got just by avoiding the heavy traffic (2 weeks on 3/4 of a tank).

I read the instructions and it seemed really easy, just put a tab in when I put petrol in . I had to chuckle at the warnings to keep out the reach of children and do not swallow so when I took the first tab out I had to smell it (curious to know what it smelt like ) and decided that it smells way to bad to even consider putting it anywhere near my mouth and the colour isn't exciting enough to catch a child's attention. I was a bit nervous about using this but noticed the "warrantee" so that helped put my mind at rest.

I treated the kids to trips to the zoo and western springs and our usual trips to the shops and friends houses and kept a watchful eye on my petrol tank indicator and it hardly seemed to move. I even took the kids to the Kumeu Show and most the journey was at a snails pace and the same amount of petrol lasted me 3 weeks.

I am really impressed with how long the petrol lasted and how easy this product is to use. The real test will be once school starts again for the year. I will be happy with a few extra days worth of traveling between each visit to the petrol station and I will be recommending this product to my friends.

I do quite a lot of motoring so I thought it was a good idea to try out this product. I am in favour of anything that protects the environment, and knowing that I might get a bonus in terms of fuel economy was the additional drawcard. Being naturally cautious, I first checked out the history overseas, but could find no evidence at all that there would be any adverse effects. I was also interested to note that the manufacturers offer a money-back guarantee plus compensation if there is any damage to a car engine. To me, that was assurance that the testing had been rigorous and I could safely use the product.

We have two cars and it was interesting to see that the results were not the same. Clearly the make and model of car (and its engine) mean the benefits are different. However, both cars returned positive results. Each car was monitored over a three week period to ensure I had enough data to judge results. I did this according to the instructions on the pack.

Our first car, a Chevrolet Cruze, went through two tanks of petrol after the "baseline test" fill. It averaged an extra 60 km per fill which more than paid for the cost of the pills. The first tank returned an additional 100 km before I needed to refuel, while the second returned 20 km. However, the first trip was a combination of two long road trips while the second was mainly short trips within town so that would probably account for the variation in result.

The other car, a Honda Fit, was measured during a single four day road trip during which time we went through three full tanks. The average saving was 14 km extra per fill. There was less variation this time between fills but the driving conditions were similar all the way so that too I would have expected.

I don't know how to measure the emissions so I will have to trust the manufacturers on that one. But in terms of increased value for money at the petrol pump, I will certainly be purchasing this product again. Anything that saves money and hopefully helps the environment as well has got to be worth it!

When you are thinking of putting something in your fuel tank that is going to go straight through your fuel system and out the exhaust pipe you have to do your research. Enviro-Tab come with a $10k warranty. I would be a little skeptical about actually claiming against that as it would be difficult to prove that the tabs did the damage and the difficulties involved in proving that point should be weighed up against putting one in your tank. Having said that I gave them a shot in both a new and an old vehicle.

With this in mind I started doing some research. Enviro-Tabs can be found easier than Enviro-Tab which can lead you to believe they are the same product attached to the same shady history. The American Multi Level Marketing scheme driven product with its federal lawsuits is NOT this product. Rest assured this product bears the Made in New Zealand logo and it is listed on the "Buy NZ.org" website we can only assume it is manufactured and packaged in NZ. Buying this product keeps money in our country and stops it going offshore.

I am no chemist but I do understand internal combustion engines very well and I would say that all these are when you get down to it is an engine detergent. It cleans the injectors, it helps lift deposits from the cylinder heads, valves and piston tops. I have seen many boreoscope before and after you tube videos on similar products to know that they do work. Because establishing a baseline is so hard, the claims of savings are equally as hard to gauge. In my new ute with less than 40k on the clock, my piston tops and valves and heads are squeaky clean, as are my injectors. As a result I saw no noticeable difference in using the tabs.

From one fill to another I can get over 1000km on a tank and other times I get 900km. Thats just down to driving conditions and traffic. Not by miracle vitamin pills for my Ute. In our other 15 year old toyota there were noticeable improvements after using the tabs. Usually we spend $40 a fortnight in the little 1.2 litre engine but after using the tabs we were getting a few grace days into the 3rd week which was great. This is as expected and I would like to also point out the gains stayed long after the tabs were gone. This should also be no surprise because the carbon is gone, the injectors are clean. Maybe in another 5000km they will bring some MPG improvements but to buy the tabs and continue to use them is not going to save enough to warrant buying them all the time.

If you buy these and try them out you will notice a smoother engine, less smoke possibly and better fuel mileage and you will get this after a few tanks worth, most certainly by the time the box is all used up. My advice, wait a few thousand km and then try them again when they are actually needed. I don't think these are going to need to be purchased every fill, more like every few thousand km. The box quantity I had was 10 pills to treat 70 litres of fuel per pill for $30.

I only wish I had received these during the school term, so I could visually of seen the difference instead of just using numbers on a dash board. My husband drives a Toyota Echo which is truely fantastic on fuel efficiency - he only has to put $40 in every two to three weeks. Where as I drive a Mitsubishi Grandis which loves to drink and is ALWAYS thirsty. I try to survive on $40 a week but in reality I am putting that in every five to six days and thats just running my girls to school/preschool, dancing three times a week, pippins, supermarket, family visits - really in all honesty not a lot but I do go up and down hills regularly.

I received these tablets before Christmas and everything was hetic. My routine was out the window and I was all over the place. Numbers clocking up really do not mean a lot to me and I work purely on driving and how much petrol I am using by just watching the fuel gauge.

Reading the 'how to use booklet' it advises you to empty your car (which is really not a problem with my car) and then filling it to the top, driving around again until it is empty. Unfortunately I did not have a spare $120 sitting around as so close to christmas so instead I emptied the car then filled with $60. Now I know my car and I am absolutely gob smacked. I have driven from one end of town to the other numerous times, out to Oakura for the beach carnival, to the valley numerous times, movies, family, dinners, supermarket, town -- a lot of driving!! Hills, starting/stopping, town driving, long distances and short distances definitely more than my normal week would involve and in the past four weeks I have only had to top it up with another $40 and I am still over half full. This is incredible!!! I can honestly not believe how efficient my car has become. Before this I would easily of had to put in another $120 or so.

The second test is the emisions test. After trying a couple of places I finally found someone who offered the test. He was as curious as I was as he had heard some things about fuel tablets which were not that postive and actually done more damage to your car then good. His company offers a different tablet and said a lot of people swear by them but with other people it did nothing for them. He took two readings the first was when I was just idoling and the second was at 2000rpms. I left and filled the car and came back later that day after doing under 50ks (crazy christmas drivers!). All of the numbers had changed. The CO had come down. The CO2 had decreased. The HC had dropped big time and the O2 had increased. Unfortunately he could not tell me if this was all good and instead told me to trust my gut and work on purely the petrol stats.

Just going by my experience I am totally sold. I can not believe the change I have experienced with my car and feel for $30 a packet I would be saving money in the long run. The emissions man would like me to come back end of the month to do another test which I am very keen on and will find out if it is indeed good for my car and the environment but looking at it purely from the petrol side of it, it definitely is.

When I recieved these I read over the box and got my head around how they are meant to be used, I knew I had to go and fill the tank so I was excited to use them. Being the busy time of the year it was I forgot so I had to wait till the next one. I filled up and when I got home I put two tabs in as I forgot to take them with me. I now keep them in my glove box so I can do it at the station.

The first time I used them I didn't notice to much of a difference, if maybe they didn't fall into the tank maybe or what, or if because of the busy time of the year I was using my car more and forgot to think about it. But I can say the next time I used it I was amazed and clearly noticed the difference.

I filled up and used one tab, I had to travel up the coast a 45min drive, drove around a little bit up there then headed back, and my car used just a smidge under the fill line mark, where as normally would use at least a quarter of a tank, which pretty much made me feel like my trip was free.

I have been driving around town and since I've been back and I notice the gas does not go down as fast as it used to. I have a mazda Atenza and a heavy foot coming out of intersections so my car uses the gas a bit with my fast take offs, I noticed these tabs have been working wonders and the car is running smoother and also the gas is lasting longer. I normally fill up every week and a half, but these have pushed it back too two weeks, which is great.

I have been recommending them to friends and family who are all car people, and my family race cars so it would be something that would be of interest to them. In the long run saving money and having a better performing car is always a winning situation. I have to travel again in a couple of days time where I will be keeping a eye on the amount of gas I use, but I'm sure I will be happy with the results. I still have not filled up again since the time I travelled last, which is great.

Every 1-2 months I have to drive from Hamilton to Taumarunui and back in the same day. It's a long trip - around 320km return - and it's not cheap. My car is old and has some messed up wiring causing it to run really rich - a real gas waster, but it's all I have. I've been told it would be cheaper to replace all the sensors and wiring than actually pay for the time it would take to find the issue and fix just that. This trip normally chews through almost a full tank of gas - about 50 litres.

I started using the tablets about a month ago, and following the directions I did my trip and measured the fuel usage - exactly as it always was - then ran the tank empty, broke up two tablets, filled the tank to the brim, ran it dry again, popped one tablet in the tank and filled it. That timed out very well, as I was scheduled to make my 'pilgrimage' to Taumarunui and back the next morning. After the trip, I took stock of the petrol usage and to my delight found that I had about a quarter of a tank MORE than I usually do! Taking into account the price of gas has dropped a bit, I still saved far more than the $30 the packet of tablets would have cost me.

Now, as any observant motorist knows... it's not the long-haul drives that chew up gas, it's the around-town running. All those starts and stops, short bursts of hard acceleration and hard braking... it really chews through the fuel. So, to be fair to the tablets I also did a second test the following week. I ran the tank dry, then refilled and ran it dry again without putting tablets in, to clear the system of any tablet residue. I then set about creating a daily travel routine that covered lots of starts & stops, lots of bouncing around town in the least efficient manner, a visit through a fast-food drive-through at peak time to provide 10 minutes of idling, starts and stops all mixed together, and a visit to a busy supermarket to give 5-10 minutes of driving slowly around (and around and around and around) trying to find a free spot.

First week, I did the routine running with no tablets, and had to stop it after 4 days because the tank was empty. I had travelled about 270kms all up. Repeating the 'reset' process described above - with the exception of the double-dosing - you need only do that the very first time you start to use the tablets - I then restarted the routine... Day 4 came and went and I still had fuel in the tank. Day 5... Day 6... and then about an hour into Day 7, the car stopped for rest. Dear lord... that was a revelation!

I could not believe how much extra travel time, and distance, I got - an extra 141km by my estimation. To say I was astounded would be an understatement... it almost didn't seem possible, especially as the tablet doesn't actually do much TO the fuel, it's more of a system cleaner - scouring out the fuel pipes and cleaning the injectors of carbon build-up and resins that accumulate from using cheap petrol.

Overall, this is nothing short of the best kept secret in the country, because I swear I haven't heard of this stuff before. I worked out that using a pack of tablets a month would cost me $240, but save me nearly double that much over a year, especially with the 'around town' driving I do. OK, I plan my routes far more efficiently than I ran the tests - I wanted them to really be as inefficient as possible to emulate statistically 'normal' driving behaviour at it's extreme lower limit - but even so I still see the benefits of dropping a tablet of this into the tank every time I fill up. Best bit is the tablets are scored so that you can crack them in half or even quarters if you plan to just do a 'top up' because you don't like the idea of running a tank dry between fills. I'm a convert!

I drive a 2000 Estima people mover and I feel like I am constantly filling the tank so when I heard about Enviro-Tab I was keen to give it a try. For me all the claims about being good for the environment were nice but what I really wanted to do was save money at the pump. Unfortunately when my husband saw that I had some Enviro-Tabs to review he was worried that it would damage my car. The fact that the manufacturers back their product with a $10,000,000 insurance policy shut him up. I other words I was allowed to use it but he would remain a skeptic.

I read the information on the enclosed leaflet and it talked about how to give the product an accurate test. I ignored this as it is Christmas holidays so I am doing much different driving than usual. I did however read it to find out how many tablets to put in. Unfortunately the leaflet was for the motorbike version of Enviro-Tabs so using these calculations I put in 4 times the amount of tablets I should have. Thankfully I saw the statement in the leaflet that said "Overdosing with Enviro-Tabs will have no harmful effects." I haven't told my husband of my error and I am pleased to say my car is running better than ever.

In the last 10 days since I added the tablets to my tank I have done a return trip from Hamilton to Papamoa (about 100 minutes each way), lots of around town driving and an hour round trip to a lifestyle block. Usually on my out of town trips I can see the petrol gauge going down. Part of me wanted it to just to prove that this product was a scam. I have still only used the equivalent of 3/4 of a tank. Due to my dosing error I have topped the tank up a couple of times (making the most of the pre-Christmas specials at the same time too). My bank account is definitely looking happier than it would usually this time of year thanks to Enviro-Tab. The other thing I noticed but can't prove is that my car ran smoother and quieter. My husband thinks I was imagining it but he is the skeptic so I wouldn't trust his opinion.

I did some rough calculations. The tablets work out at $3 each ($30 for a packet of 10 with free postage) and would save me $12 a tank, so I end up $9 better off each fill. I will be buying more and sneaking some into my husband's petrol tank every time I know he has topped up. My advice would be to try them for yourself. Keep the box in your glovebox so you can just pop a tablet in each time you fill up (not like me who thought about it at the petrol station and then forgot once I got home).

Been using this in my own car and also in the work ute for a few weeks now and it looks as though its working. My commute from home to work and back is pretty standard so its easy enough to spot and major changes in costs. I usually need to fill the tank with 60L once a week but for the last 3 weeks I have only filled it twice and tank still has just over a quarter left in it. By my thinking, that means these tablets have saved me almost $30 so far.

The work ute gets a lot more of a beating and does a lot of distance. It has a 60L tank as well and its an older model in need of some love. Not the greatest when it comes to lean and green, but it does the job and the boss isnt in a hurry to get something newer. I usually have to stop in to a gas station and bring the needle back up to F twice in a week on average. In the last 3 weeks I have filled it 5 times and the theres just under half a tank left. The boss seems to be happy with these tablets. he keep pretty close tabs on the fuel usage and oddo readings - he says it's done a little more than average distance the last 3 weeks but is using less gas. By his numbers, the tablets have saved him close on $70 in the last 3 weeks.

He wants me to share my secret recipe with him so he can roll it out to the rest of the utes. He says it could save him close on $500 a month. I told him I'll gladly tell him my secret when he gives me a pay rise. He didn't laugh but he didn't throw me out of the office either. I could be onto a winner here.

One little thing I can also report, but I can't provide any evidence of - the car and ute both feel smoother to drive. My car used to have a bit of a shake when I was sitting at lights. I tried to fix it by messing around with the idler settings but that did nothing. It was also a bit sluggish when I put the foot down. In the last week really I have noticed the engine seems to roll smoother. The work ute also seems to be nicer to drive when I have to head up to Auckland every day on a supply run for work. I sometimes feel like I am cruising along at 100 and a quick look at the dial gives me a bit of a shock when I see I am at 120 and have to ease off. My autopilot foot is getting confused.

I'm no mechanic and I don't have the fancy testing gear, so I can't say these are hard and fast results and total proof. All I can say is that I think these tablets are doing what they promise, and now I know where to find them, I plan to keep using them.
