I have a 7 year old and he's at the age where he cannot read all books by himself but wants to read more books on his own, he loves seek and find books so we thought this Minions book would be right up his alley.

My son really like the layout of the book and also the book itself was very sturdy and a good size that could easily be held and said all the pages and pictures were very interesting and different and every time you read the book you found something new to look at. he liked that there were many things to find on each page the only down side was a few of the objects where in the crease of the book so hard to find but he independently read this book for over a hour.

I also like that this book can be read alone or with others he often sits down with his dad and they have a race to see who can find the objects first.for the cost of this book I think it would make a great christmas gift for anyone who loves minions or seek and find books definity value for money.

Being a mum of a 7 year old son I am always on the hunt for a good book I can share with him and get him to read for himself and/or take interest in. This book Minions seek and find was prefect for my son. Right from the start of looking a the cover he was hooked on it.

My son said he really like how there was so much going on within the pitcures and every page was different themed. He said he liked how there was several different things he had to find on the pages and it really kept him busy and intertained for ages.

I liked how we could sit down together and work through the book to find the asked for items we had to hunt out, I also like that sometimes we had to find more than one of the thing, for example 12 minions. This was also great as it made my son count and really think and search for the 12 Minions. I think this book is great value for the price and is a book you would read over and over again.

My son is excited about his cousin coming over to sit down and go through the book with him. I can see my son reading through this book many times and its also fabulous as he loves the minions so its right up his alley. I would think most kids who love the minions as well, would also really love this book. My son buzzed out on it and was great to see him so happy and laughing away.

Product reviews for listing 8873: Mrs Chippy the Cat
Written by Susan Brocker

Product image for Mrs Chippy the CatThis is the heart-warming story of Mrs Chippy, a tomcat who was a loyal and loved companion to the ship's carpenter and crew on Ernest Shackleton's 1914 expedition to the Antarctic aboard the Endurance, captained by New Zealander Frank Worsley. The cat proved to be a great rat-catcher, and the crew felt he was their lucky charm.

The ship's carpenter, Chippy NcNeish, is buried in Karori Cemetery in Wellington, and a statue of the cat lies on his grave.

The unique and quirky illustrations are by Raymond McGrath.
