Few programmes leave you sitting on the edge of your seat screaming for it not to end. The suspense is torture as you have to wait for the next seven days before it is back on the screens again. This has to be the best show on tv.

For such a simple plot I am dumb founded as to why no one thought it up sooner. A criminal at the wrong place at the wrong time witnesses the death of the newly appointed sherrif and takes over his identity. Seriously what could go wrong? The script, acting, story are amazing and you never know what to expect next. Even the opening credits has me humming away to it. The villans are fantastic you either love or hate them and there are so many villans in the show. When you think about it Hood is a villan but it is just delicious.

So much happens in just ten weeks, main characters die, Hood has a semi break down and you just love to hate the bad dudes. With everything going on in the down with Chayton and the radical indians its amazing they could fit in the perfect robbery. The payback of Proctor was eye watering and I am dying to see what will happen to Rebecca.

My only complaint was during the hoist the almost game like camera angels really got on my nerve. I think they were experimenting with different ways to shoot a scene and it did not work at all. I am glad they went back to there original way.

The characters are so well played and I love the relationships between the various players especially Job and Sugar. The first four episodes where a little slow but the fifth one blew me out of the stadium and even my husband got hooked after the seige of the police station. Best show on tv just hate that I have to wait till the end of the year before it is on again. Antony Starr has definitely done New Zealand proud and everyone should be watching it.

The story revolves around Eliza Doolittle, a coarse little peddler of flowers in Covent Garden who agrees to take speech lessons from phonetician Henry Higgins in order to fulfill her dream of working in a flower shop. Eliza succeeds so well, however, that she outgrows her social station and - in a development added ... more...
