Gonzo has always wondered where he came from and what species he belongs to, to quote "Muppet Treasure Island" - "and a, whatever you are" and this movie seeks to answer that question at long last. Gonzo starts to have strange dreams and in them he is told that his family are trying to make contact with him, and thus starts his quest to answer back. Soon though, this all catches the eye of a secret government agency he and his friends will be fighting for their freedom and still try to keep in contact with the aliens.
There are plenty of fun moments in this movie, it has everything that you would expect from the Muppet gang and all the familiar faces are there as well as bringing in a few new ones. There is a great dance number at the end, "Celebration", a fun song that always has me looking to it. The plot is good and seeks to answer the question of where Gonzo is from and ultimately, where does he belong? You have the classic moments that you could expect, especially when we have all the Muppets living together in one house, chaos ensues.
This is another fun movie from a great cast of characters.
