My daughter received this kit for christmas last year. It had, had a lot of publicity on the TV advertisements over the months leading up to christmas so it was one of those things she just had to have. It had that cool toy factor that just made it sound amazing in the eyes of a 10 year old girl.
At the price we paid I expected it to have a whole lot more contents you hardly got any sticker sheets or little gems so you were very limited as to how much you could create. Within only a few short days she was all out of the sticker sheets. you can buy refil packs but at about $15 each they are quite expensive so this has ended up being a very short lived toy in our house unfortunately.
In saying that in the couple of days she did use it she had a really great time designing her gem stone blings and sticking them to just about everything from her books to my cellphone eek and even on pictures she had drawn for friends. I wasn't too impressed about my cellphone being 'blinged' but luckily the blings came off quite easily and didn't leave marks so I'm not sure how durable the designs would be for this sort of thing.
