This is a Garlic Lover dream come true. It is almost a low sugar sauce too. Like Smokey Garlic Sauce but without the smoke.

I have been loving Sids Garlic Sauce. I really wasn't too sure what to expect from it at first. All I knew was it was going to be a sauce with garlic in it. When I got the bottle home, I had a better look at it. The ingredients included malt vinegar, apple, garlic as well as spices. When I opened the bottle the garlic and vinegar flavours are most notable.
I tried this as a dipping sauce with chicken nuggets and also with sausage pieces in another meal. The flavour of the sauce is really strong. That means you really don't need a lot of it to get the full flavour hit. I didn't really like the flavour of it as a dipping sauce. However, the bottle is all but gone on the other things I created.
Last week I made a delicious creamy sauce for chicken. I used cream, whole grain mustard, onions and a generous helping of this garlic sauce. It was a really nice rich sauce for our chicken meal. This week, I marinated chicken drumsticks in the garlic sauce by itself. I then baked the chicken as normal. The flavour was really delicious and sweet, but with that hint of garlic too.
This bottle of sauce would do at least three meals for making hot sauces, marinades or the like. For me, it was best served warm or hot.

A classic American-style pulled pork. Beak and Sons Apple BBQ Pork is the perfect combination of boneless pork, seasoned with aromatic spices and marinated in a smoky apple sauce then cooked, so it's meltingly tender and full of flavour. Perfect for pulling, simply heat, then shred the hot, sauce-covered meat into succulent chunks and serve.
