A delicious pie made from succulent chicken breast, camembert, and cranberry sauce from the award winning pie maker Patricks Pies in Tauranga
Product reviews...
I am not a huge pie eater but I do love a good pie. There is something real indulgent about having a good hot pie on a cold winters day so with the days getting colder I have found myself getting a couple of pies in recent weeks. Patrick's Pies in Tauranga has the nicest range of pies with some traditional pies and some more gourmet.
The chicken, cranberry, and camembert pie is divine. Inside the soft flaky pastry is huge chunks of chicken and oodles of rich camembert topped with a generous amount of sweet cranberry sauce. The chicken they use is only the best bits of chicken breast and they cut it in huge chunks so this pie is really filling too. They also don't skimp on the camembert you would think they used a whole block in each pie as there is so much in it!
Not a pie for someone watching their waist line I wouldn't think as there is so much cheese but a real treat if you are a fan of chicken pies and want something a bit more gourmet. I don't mind paying a bit extra for this pie in comparison to the price of other bakery pies as it is so nice. Get in early in the lunch hours though as this pie sells out quite quickly still plenty of other pie flavours to choose from though and the chicken, apricot, and camembert pie is equally as nice. Plus if you don't mind waiting the staff will happily cook the flavour you are after for you while you wait!

Indulgent Berry-flavoured popcorn with a white choc drizzle and a fresh sorbet tang.
You'll want to hide this one from the kids - it's strictly an adult-only treat. If you can keep it safe, it's perfect for snacking on in the evenings. Pairs nicely with Monopoly and Tequila.
This berry sorbet flavour was inspired by the fun of sneakily mixing sherbet as kids while our parents weren't watching. You'll taste notes of boysenberry, a smooth white choc drizzle and a generous hint of secret snacking joy.
