You'll never hear me rave about the brilliance of Wallace and Gromit. Don't get me wrong, I fully appreciate the time and energy that goes into the modelling and filming of any Claymation. I think that the movies are clever and my daughter certainly loves them. I jut don't rave about them like some adults I know.

This show takes two things my daughter loves - Wallace and Gromit and Science, and then mixes them lovingly together. Its a bit corny with it's humour. It truly has a few groaners per episode. But overall, its full of fun facts and interesting segments about things like robotics, space travel, and different inventions that have changed the world. They also cover some inventions that didn't change the world at all. These were quite funny.

My daughter laughed at all of Gromit's attempts to stop Wallace making a fool of himself. She loved all the animals and she marvelled at some of the clever things people had made out of what you might think of as rubbish. She also became obsessed with cups of tea. Every time this show was one, she would ask for a cup of tea to drink. That's because they cover the Teasmade machine in one episode. There aren't many episodes, but this gets watched and re-watched very regularly at our place.
