The 8 Week Training Programme for NCEA Level 1 Science contains three 1 hour sessions of study, each week, for 8 weeks. It includes checklists of the requirements for each of the externally assessed Achievement Standards, vocabulary exercises on all the words that could be used in that standard, and content exercises that should give the student a thorough grounding in each topic.
Finally, there are 5 practice NCEA assessments of the type that could be expected come exam time. The modern presentation of this book will enable the student to approach study with more comfort, confidence and enthusiasm.

I Thought this was worth the price I paid for it, it did mildly assist me with my NCEA results and help me to gain the mark I did, but only just.
It was an aid, but thats all. It confirmed what I already knew, but it didnt teach me, or show me how or explain. I Rated this a 6 because I was being optimistic.
