An intense lime flavour reminiscent of "Mum's lemon honey".
Mix through natural yoghurt or whipped cream and use dollops with a dessert; a delicious dip for strawberries on a fruit platter; a toast topping or merely eat by sinful spoonfuls.

Product reviews...
This simply HAS to be one of my favourite St Andrews Limes products! I started with the obvious - having it on bread and toast. Perfect, with a zingy flavour a step up from the usual lemon curd so well known in NZ by pretty much anyone over the age of 30. Where this really impressed me though, was where else it could shine...
I have used this in the filling of cheesecakes, as part of a reduction syrup sauce for ice-cream, with icing sugar to make a really astounding cupcake icing, as an ingredient in the cupcakes themselves too, and mixed through some whipped cream as a dessert topping. This was so clever and versatile I really wish I had thought of half this stuff before! I am just hanging out for warmer weather so I can see what my family will make of it when I use some in smoothies!
This size jar is NOT going to last... no-sir-ee... you might not go through it fast enough to warrant the 1.1kg container, but you are going to want to look at getting the 285g jar... I think it's fairly safe to make that assumption. Once you have tried this, the little 195g jar will just not sustain you! Actually, thinking about it, you MIGHT want to look mat the 1.1kg container after all...
Overall, quite more'ish in a very appealing way, over a wide range of usability options. A clever person could find any number of uses for this... a few more spring to mind but I don't usually roast my own chickens... (hint hint)
That I have given this a perfect 10 should give some indication of what I think of this St Andrews Lime product. Alternately I could just say.... O.M.G!!!!!
This amazingly smooth curd has that delicious pleasantly sour tang which I positively adore! Not so sour as to make your eyes water and screw up but that wonderful kick that leaves you wanting more. Even better, this can be used for so many things. I first tried it out on toast as a spread and was left wanting the rest of the loaf just so I could use more curd! Tonight we used it as a glaze over chicken before putting it in our roaster. The chicken came out so moist, again with that amazing light tang, it was perfect! Hubby is now a total convert, the only person so not impressed was Miss 5 with her notoriously picky tastes. That's ok, more for Mummy and Daddy! I also have plans to use this in place of lemon curd in the muffins I make, I'm really looking forward to those!
So in short, a big YUM! from us. This is another St Andrews Limes product that we will be making a point to have in our kitchen. nom nom.
