A humorous look at toilet training. When Willie woke up he knew what he wanted to do, and it was urgent!
A small boy wakes in the night to the horror of wanting desperately to do a wee. Panicking, he considers a number of options before remembering he is supposed to go to the toilet.
Ball's manic illustrations and hilarious rhyming text make the serious subject of toilet training less formidable and even something to laugh about. Two-year-olds will empathise with and be reassured by the antics of Willie as he struggles to do the right thing.

This book was given to us when my baby was in hospital for her older sisters to read. Murray Ball has such a way with words and pictures that you cant help getting drawn into his world. The dedication especially makes the book special. It is easy to read and doesnt have complicated words in it. I believe that every child with Willie's problem can relate to this story.
My 11 year old thinks its a good book for all ages and for a laugh, especially enjoying the illustrations.
