Tasty Penne pasta, baby spinach, grape tomatoes, mushroom and onion in an Alfredo sauce, served in a delicious puff-pastry bowl.

Didnt really go for this one too much myself. Not really into the whole 'vegetarian' scene too much so it has to be something pretty spectacular to grab my attention after more then 2 bites.
There wasnt anything WRONG with this, as far as I could tell, but there wasnt anything that really leapt out and grabbed my tastebuds and screamed "YOU HEARING ME THERE?!"
For a vegetarian eater this would probably be a delightful snack or dinner, but I need more meat in my meals if they dont have that X-factor.
All in all, not the worst encounter I have had with vegetarian stuff, and it certainly has a lot going for it. I just wonder though, do they use anaimal fats in the puff pastry on this one too?
Though a fresh fan of the other pasta in this range, one must always be first amongst equals... and one must come last. Unfortunately, this one comes in last place, but only due to the lack of meat. Yes, I know... it's a vegetarian dish, but I am a real omnivore... I like the meat with the veges.
I thougbht the cherry (or grape) tomatoes were a really nice addition... sweet and juicy, full of flavour to offset the slightly bland alfredo sauce. The baby spinach was great too, it added colour and texture... not much flavour, but none the less it was a great addition.
Overall, another great addition to the Domino's range. If you happen to be a vegetarian, you'll probably adore this, though no vegan would touch it I dare say, due to the butter in the puff pastry bowl. Personally, I was glad I tried it, but it's one I will leave for those who prefer meat-free dishes.

Don't be chicken! Use this stock because it's real good and Simon means real good. He's made it by roasting chicken, cooking vegetables and reducing the liquid until it has a beautiful flavour.
He's called it Executive Chef strength stock because this little pouch is packed with flavour and makes two litres of restaurant quality stock. So get cooking.
100ml resealable pouch - refrigerate after opening for up to 3 weeks. This stock concentrate makes up to 8 cups or 2 litres of stock.
