My daughter LOVED this doll! I liked the size, big enough but still practical. It also looks like a friendly, nice doll, not like some of the freaky ones on the market. I love the fact this is fabric all over so can go in the washing machine, as well as soft to take to bed.
While it looks great in the box, felt this was over packaged with way too many plastic tags to hold everything in place. It took ages to pull all of these out and left holes in the clothes.
My daughter, who is nearly 3, was thrilled she could take the clothes on and off all by herself. Did struggle a bit with the shoes though. One outfit is never going to be enough so was glad to have some others for her. It was wonderful watching my daughter mix and match different items and creating stories as to where Daisy was going.
Would definately buy this doll and recommend it to others.
I liked this doll because it has a friendly look, it is soft all over, and the clothes were very easy to dress and undress on the doll. The doll is a decent size, without being too big, it has semi-realistic hair, and is completely machine washable which is a huge plus! The hardest accessory to get on the doll was the shoes, as they are a very snugly fit. My 2 yr old daughter also has issues in putting the shoes on at this stage.
I didn't like the holes in the clothing that were made to keep the accessories in place in the packaging, as some of them had 3 or more holes in them. I felt the holes ruined the overall appearance of the doll. Also because of the amount of fastenings in the package it took at least ten minutes to get it open, to start to play with the product. I feel that it had excessive packaging for the amount of product in the box.
The velcro fastenings on the accessories are great, however I am left wondering how long it will be before it loses it's sticking ability.
