Of the two Dummies books for the Office 2007 suite of programs I got to review, this was the slightly better of the two as it details on how to use the new Ribbon User Interface.
It also covers the basics of the core suite of applications that make up Office 2007, and while the information doesn't go really in depth (That's what the individual office application Dummies books are for.) the stuff it does cover is essential to everyday use of the programs.
One of the great things is covers is how to use the spam filter in Outlook 2007 (Which is really quite good), as well as the old favourites such as formatting in Word and using formulas in Excel.
Overall this book combined with the likes of Word 2007 for Dummies makes for an excellent reference library.
