As part of their new "Focus on Fear" campaign, the Secret Committee for the Advancement of Real Evil have decided to throw a competition to find out just who is the grisliest ghoul. This they will do by studying the diary entries of each competitor in order to judge them on all aspects of their terror tactics.
The winner will receive the famous Poisoned Chalice.

Consider what you could find if you read the daily diary planner of a legendary monster...
That's what you have here, in a collected form. Some famous, and some not so famous, monsters have had a page or two of their diaries torn out and stitched together (much like some of them, actually) to give you an idea of what it is to be a monster in today's world.
Overall, a bit of a laugh for the kids, a bit silly for the adults, this is a very light-hearted book that you'll enjoy a few times, but soon put aside for something a little more... engaging, but the kids could be hooked for a few years if monsters are their thing.
