How to be Single product reviews

After four years of college, young Alice (Dakota Johnson) decides she needs a break from her long-term boyfriend Josh. Excited and ready for new challenges, the eager grad moves to New York to take a job as a paralegal.

Helping her navigate her way through an unfamiliar city is Robin (Rebel Wilson), a fun-loving, wild co-worker who enjoys partying and one-night stands. With Robin as her freewheeling guide, Alice can now learn how to get free drinks, meet men and enjoy the single lifestyle.

I am a huge fan of Rebel Wilson so was so pleased to be chosen to review the "How to be Single" DVD. This is also very fitting for my current situation so was great for a laugh. The cover is inviting and I feel it correctly portrays the movie as fun and you can instantly tell its a comedy.

Rebel Wilson is one of my favourite actresses and she lived up to all expectations in this role. It was great to see Dakota Johnson out of her Fifty Shades of Grey role. Both Rebel as Robin and Dakota as Alice show different sides to being single in a fun and humourus way. I think I should adopt Robins positive attitude and Alice's cautious personality. The movie has a great story of two young women that are both single yet both looking for completely different things in life that become great friends despite their differences. Alice's sister who is also single also shares her story as a work addicted independent single woman.

This is a feel good movie, perfect for a girl's night in or one of those lonely single night's where your in your robe with a glass of wine and a handful of chocolate within arms reach!! It is guaranteed to make you laugh and even has a few moments where it will pull at your heart strings. I have already watched this three times, so definitely a movie you can watch again and again but still find hilariously funny.

Product reviews for listing 1033: Mel Brooks' History of the World - part 1 -  Directed by Mel Brooks

Product image for Mel BrooksMel Brooks uproarious version of history proves that nothing is sacred as he takes us on a delirious romp featuring everything from a wild send-up of the film 2001 to the real stories behind the Roman Empire (Brooks portrays a stand-up philosopher at Caesar's Palace), the French Revolution (Brooks reigns as King Louis XV1) and the Spanish Inquisition (a splashy song-and-dance number with monks and swimming nuns).

It's Mel and company at their hilarious best.
