Like the other one in this series I have read, this book was jam-packed with information on almost every mammal I could think of, and quite a few I had never heard of too. There were surprises and new tidbits of knowledge on every page. Its true, you really do learn something new every day. The sturdy thick, hard cover will give this book a long and productive lifespan just like the bonus web search engine that has been set up to compliment it. This is a great book I am sure my kids will love to learn from, as much as I do. The book still has the same flaw as (I assume) the others in the series, in that it has such a broad scope it only skips around, touching lightly on each topic, but with the search engine as backup, and details you want are available at the touch of a few keys. If you dont have internet, maybe time to get it. You are missing out on so much, and this book is just one doorway into that universe of knowledge.
