Few movies have left such an impact on me. It starts off telling you this is a true story which the thought alone is quite terrifying. My husband being the cynical man he is went straight to Google to find out the only truth is 'people go missing from the outback every year' the rest is completely made up or 'loosely' based on Peter Falconio whichever way you want to look at it.

Since watching this movie I am very wary of isolated tourist attractions. The thought terrifies me because what would you do if you return to your car, in the middle of nowhere and your cell phone does not work. Along comes a seemingly nice stranger and offers help, of course you would take him up on that offer. The problem is what if that stranger really isn't as nice as he seems, what if his itinerary is to rid the world of pesky tourists who are crapping in his back yard??

The movie itself carries through at a steady pace and has some heart stopping moments. Especially the 'head on a stick' the image alone still haunts me. You assume everyone makes it out alive but its a shocker of an ending. If you are into horrors with the potential of possibly happening then this movie is a must watch.
