When he said I do, he didn't say what he did.
Harry Tasker (Arnold Schwarzenegger) leads a double life. At work he is a government agent with a license to do just about anything, while at home he pretends to be a dull computer salesman. He is on the trail of stolen nuclear weapons that are in the hands of fanatic terrorists when something more important comes up. Harry finds his wife is seeing another man because she needs some adventure in her life. Harry decides to give it to her, juggling pursuit of terrorists on one hand and an adventure for his wife on the other while showing he can Tango all at once.

There's plenty to enjoy in True Lies.
Harry, to his wife and daughter he is a boring insurance salesman who spends far too much time at work, forgetting important moments and just not there when they need him. In reality he is one of the CIA's top agents, travelling around the world and fighting the bad guys. At the same time as working on a big case he suspects his wife of cheating on him, tries to inject some action into their life and ends up dragging her into his work. Schwarzenegger and Curtis are wonderful as the married couple, and Bill Paxton as the slimy (in more ways than one) used car salesman.
The actual plot is laughable at times, and it wasn't the best script that could have been written, but it isn't hideous and is actually a fun nights movie. I think this was aimed as an action with a bit of comedy but due to the script and characters this is far more a comedy with a bit of action in it. The special effects are well done enough that they don't feel too outdated, since it mostly relies upon gun fights and big explosions, so not much to go wrong with.
This is a fun movie, quite enjoyable.

In this new comedy, Amy has a seemingly perfect life - a great marriage, over-achieving kids, beautiful home and a career. However she's over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she's about to snap. Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities - going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence - putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn and her clique of devoted perfect moms.
