Product reviews...
If I have to have one make up product it has to be pressed powder. It is my favourite piece of make up and my go to for evenings out. I love this pressed mineral powder from Avon as it is super light on your skin and provides great coverage, I also love the price finding it less expensive than some other leading cosmetic makers.
The compact is perfect size for putting in my purse when I am going out and snaps closed tightly so there are no messes in the bag. I did however make the mistake of putting something heavy in my bag once though and the powder was no longer pressed. The reason I like this pressed powder so much is it is so easy to apply rub the sponge into the powder and then blend it evenly across your face, no mess simple as that.
Because it is a powder I can apply more under my eyes where I get dark circles and it covers them nicely without it feeling like I have a thick layer of make up. The best thing is unlike liquid foundations these things just last and last, I don't know if make up has a use by date but a compact would easily last me more than a year, but I usually get a new one for christmas each year from my Avon mad mum.
