These may be classed as baby biscuits/crackers but I must admit that I have been guilty on more than one occasion findind myself snacking away on these, gone are the days of babies and littlies been pretty limited to the dry, hard and flavourless rusks that I used to have. I first came across these at The Warehouse one day when my daughter was about 5 months old when I was walking up and down the baby isles one day. They were on special for the great price of $1.99 so I purchased some for my daughter to try as an alternative to plain biscuits which she loved however I was always so afraid of choking.

These Little Quackers, were fantastic not only did they taste great with a distinct but not to sweet banana flavour, they were easy for my daughter to bite and suck on and they easily dissolved in her mouth which was great for helping me to stop worrying about her choking. The boxes they come in are great, and have 8 little packets of 2 biscuits in each which makes them stay fresh longer (you only need to open what you need so nothing goes stale). These are great to have on hand while out and about, I often had a packet in my handbag and in my car for when they were required. They are fantastic as a snack in between meals with a piece of fruit, or for breakfast which I quite often did with a pitch of fruit on the days I was running late for work.

I have recommended them to a lot of parents with young children who are looking for snack options and we also now use these at the daycare which I work at for our younger babies, they love them! Definetely a great product for parents of young children to have on hand.

I have been aware of the strawberry Quackers for a while now, but recently saw that they have bought out a banana flavour too. I was excited to see this, because the Quackers are a great product, and because next to strawberry flavouring, banana is a close second for me. I knew these would be a hit with my children so I quickly snapped up a box of them.

Like the strawberry Quackers, you get 16 biscuits in the pack, and each little packet inside has 2 biscuits each. This is good for portion control, and makes it convenient for lunchboxes, handbags and just to slip some in the glove box in emergencies. It sucks arriving somewhere to find there is no kid-friendly food, so I always have a stash of something in the car. And because these are gluten free I also feel safe offering them to other people's children when we are out and about.

These crackers make a good breakfast on the go. I give my baby a suckie (yoghurt) and then a packet of these to fill her tummy on the school run. The banana flavour is delicious and smells and tastes like a banana milkshake. The Quacker is not as striking to look at as the strawberry one because the yellow splotches of flavour are hidden against the cream of the cracker. With the strawberry one, the pink is obvious. This flavour is as much a winner as the strawberry so I foresee many more boxes ending up in my trolley.
