This was one of the more interesting books that I have read. The book does not require you to read the whole book. The inspirational messages are numbered and you are suppose to meditate for a while and a number will appear in your head and that is the message that you should turn to in the book.
I have tried it and I was surprised a few times. In general the book gives good advice if you can read between the lines and apply the principle in you life. Overall the book is worth having even if it is just a party trick with one of your close friends.
