This is a beautiful book through and through!

I love the wee tiger cub character and his teddy bear sidekick, they are cute and easy for children to identify with.

The idea behind this book is to help children identify their moods through colours that represent each one - red for anger, pink for silliness etc...
The pictures that go along with each are beautiful, with lovely shades of each colour as part of the image as a whole. The addition of the glitter to each of the pages is subtle and used without being overpowering for the pictures.

I like the way that even though the tiger cub gets grumpy or jealous there are always ways for him to become happier. He is much like a real child in that way, in that once they find something else to do, they soon forget their upsets and become happy and cheerful again.

I have read this book several times to the children at my centre, and they love pointing out the different animals, and touching the bumpy sparkles on the pages!!!

A lovely book :)
