If you are trying to find an ethnic product there is a pretty good chance what you are after is at Davis Trading.
Going to a party and want to take something a bit different there is a great range to choose from snack foods e.g chips, biscuits and even drinks that are a change from the norm. Bulk buying is made easy, especially if you have a condiment you require in large quantities. Even what you are going to serve your food in/on or with can be found at Davis Trading.
Take the time to go and have a look, you will be surprised what you find.
The best shop for exotic foods and snacks. And especially good for anyone looking for strange or different food. Their snack range is great, from pocky to chizz to all sorts of interesting things. Their drinks are very different and its the best place anywhere to get onion ring chips.
They also have supplies like bowls, cups and chopsticks. Which makes for a great miniature warehouse of oddities and great foodstuffs.
And their prices are great.
There was some form of structure, some indexing of the goods in this store.
Damned if I could spot it though. Couldn't find anything CLOSE to the Coconut Creme Roasted Peanuts in a can I was there for.
However, it gave me a great way to appreciate the huge variety of goods available out there. Insights into other cultures can be found in some strange places, and this is one of them. I can't pronounce a tenth of what I saw, and could identify even less than that... so I am really curious to one day see some of these ingredients in action... :)
From what few items I could identify, those that were a close match for 'snack foods' I would buy elsewhere, the prices are fairly competitive and offer some intriging alternatives to try one day soon. (My son loved the corn-snacks we bought with the peanuts.)
Overall, this is a place any experimental cook should visit, as it can open your eyes a notch or two. Very impressive store.
